Welcome in the space of love and self-connection.

Today,

I've got a lovely practice to share with you to align with your higher self.

Using the technique of connecting to your five bodies,

Aligning with their vibration,

Feeling,

Thoughts,

With that version of you that is pure love,

Confidence and strength.

In this space,

You can safely release any self-doubt and anything,

Any thoughts that are blocking you from experiencing life from this higher space.

Just trust that with your actions,

With your words,

With your thoughts and developing the muscle of awareness,

You'll be able to align yourself with that version of you that comes from the soul.

There's no limitations from the mind,

There is no doubt or fear that comes from other people as well.

There is pure faith and trust in your own power.

So,

Close your eyes and make yourself fully comfortable.

Remember that this is your safe space.

Let's start by taking few deep breaths just to connect to this present moment here and now.

Fully expanding with each inhale and fully relaxing with each exhale.

You are here,

You are now and that's what matters.

Through these breaths,

Let's first start connecting to your physical body.

Connecting to different sensations,

Maybe even touching your thighs,

Your arms,

Being fully present with yourself and then bringing to your attention that higher self,

That version of you that lives from the soul,

With full possibilities,

With pure health.

Feel now in your body as you are already that version of yourself without really thinking what parts of your body you want to change to look perfect or so others accept you,

But focus more on these inner feelings in your body.

Maybe that might feel like not having any tension,

Any pain or discomfort in your body.

Maybe that might feel like a straight and strong posture with an open heart,

Showing your confidence to the world.

Maybe that might feel like full health,

Full energy,

Waking up feeling energized in your body,

Feeling strong and healthy,

Being able to do so many different movements using your beautiful body.

Take a moment to connect to that now.

Now we moving to your mental body,

To your mind.

Imagine that version of yourself that knows how to use her or his mind in a useful way.

What kind of thoughts would you be having?

How will you think about yourself and others?

What kind of life you will be creating through your thoughts and your intuition?

Take a moment now for a few deep breaths to release those inner limitations,

Those limitations of the mind that maybe are holding you back,

Maybe making you stay in this space of self-judgment,

Self-doubt.

You can choose what kind of thoughts you have and what kind of thoughts you align your life with.

So take a moment now just to connect to these thoughts that your higher self would choose,

Thoughts about yourself,

About the world,

About others.

Take a few moments and a few breaths now to align with that space within.

Now we moving to the emotional body,

So all that you experience as emotions,

As feelings.

It's natural that during each day there are so many different energies that we receive,

That we feel and interact with.

But sometimes maybe you let some negative energies to stay with you for too long.

Maybe you let other people to affect your energy too much.

Maybe your ego likes to stay in those lower energies of self-pity and doubt and fear.

Take a few moments now to consciously choose.

And be aware of what kind of feelings,

Emotions you are experiencing now and of the emotions you experience often each day.

Are these emotions more connected to joy,

To excitement,

To love?

Or maybe these emotions,

These feelings are lower sadness and fear and doubt.

And remember that you can choose even how you feel.

Emotion is an energy in motion which naturally flows through us.

But as we take it more inside,

It becomes a feeling.

And sometimes we stay with these feelings of sadness,

Of frustration,

Of anger for a little too long.

There are ways to release it.

And there are ways to interact with them in a little bit healthier ways.

So take a few moments now to again connect with that higher version of you and what kind of emotions you will be feeling on a daily basis.

What kind of emotions are going to be present within you,

Within your heart,

Within your body?

Feel it from within.

And remember that you have total freedom to choose.

Lovely.

And now we are moving to the energetic body,

To the energy.

Be aware of what energy is present within you now,

What energies are surrounding you.

Each one of us has their own energy field.

Sometimes when we are less aware,

We allow too much of the energy of others,

The energy of the outside world,

Whatever situation is happening,

To affect us on a deeper level.

The ego likes to stay in the energy of frustration,

Of fear,

Disappointment.

But the soul is pure love.

Each day you can choose which energies you want to take with you,

Which energies do you wish to experience.

Take a moment now to breathe deeply and really tune in with that higher self,

With that version of you that has no limitations,

No fear.

What kind of energies would you like to experience on a daily basis?

Again,

Feel it from the inside and feel it surrounding you,

That light,

That love,

That freedom.

Lovely.

Keep grounding yourself here.

Now we are moving to the bliss body,

To the spiritual part.

As you already know how that elevated version of you will look like and feel like in the body,

As you know how they will think like,

What emotions they will experience on a daily basis and what energy is going to be present with them.

Now it's time to go deeper into your essence,

Into your core.

That's love.

That's your soul.

This is your higher self.

And as you already went through these more earthy parts of your being,

The physical,

The mental,

The emotional and the energetic,

I invite you now to let go of all of that and just be.

As you connect with that space of pure awareness,

You realize that this is who you are.

Everything from the outside is just the layers,

Different parts of this human experience.

But as we detach a little bit from all of that,

You can find your true essence.

That space within you that just is.

Doesn't think,

Doesn't feel,

Doesn't look any specific way.

Just is.

And the joy of being.

Take a few moments in silence now to really be present with your soul.

Beautiful,

My darling.

Take one more full breath in and full breath out.

You can slowly start coming back with your awareness to your body.

But still knowing that the soul is always here.

Whenever your mind gets too crazy,

Whenever there is too much of this inner discomfort,

Connect back with that higher self and know that each day,

Every action you take,

Every thought you think,

The energy you feel,

Can bring you closer or further away from that higher self.

This version of you is already here.

You don't have to work hard.

You don't have to search for them.

It's here.

Just know deep in your heart and each day make decisions,

Take actions,

Choose your words and thoughts that align with that love within you,

With that soul,

Your true self.
