Welcome to Gentle Birth and your positive affirmations for immune defense in pregnancy.

Listen to each affirmation,

Breathing in deeply as you hear each one,

And breathing out as you repeat it to yourself,

Silently or out loud.

So let's begin.

I'm getting better at allowing myself to let go of worrying about things I cannot control.

Slowing my breath relaxes me and helps me to focus.

I appreciate how well my body works.

I appreciate my powerful immune system for protecting my baby and I.

Whenever possible,

I am choosing healthy,

Nutritious foods to support my body and baby.

I thank the loyal army of defender cells working hard to protect us.

I am in awe at the incredible intelligence of my body that is eliminating any threat to my baby and I.

I am grateful for my body's ability to heal itself.

I send loving thoughts to my baby throughout the day.

More and more I am trusting my inner wisdom.

I'm getting better at listening to that inner voice of truth.

More and more I am moving my focus away from stressful social media and spending that time nurturing my mind,

Body and baby.

I can feel a warm blanket of comfort and relaxation cocooning my baby and I in safety,

Comfort and calm.

I am so grateful that my immune cells are taking appropriate action.

Every cell in my body is collaborating for a healthy pregnancy and birth.

I thank my body for its service to my baby and I.

I intentionally support my well-being by taking care of myself.

I am safe.

I am strong.

My baby is safe.

My baby is strong.
