Let's offer ourselves a beautiful reset to release fear and return to inner safety.
So closing the eyes.
Bringing the hands together at the heart to open our practice.
Taking a first mindful inhale through the nose.
Exhale releasing from the mouth.
Letting the hands drop.
Palms facing up or down.
And then just.
.
.
Reconnecting with a mindful breath.
With a slower and more nourishing breath.
That sends a beautiful signal to the body and the mind that it's safe to relax.
Deep inhale through the nose,
Inflating the belly and then the lungs.
Exhale from the mouth.
Allowing the eyelids to get a bit heavier.
The shoulders dropping away from the ears,
The jaw relaxed.
And taking a beautiful inhale through the nose and letting that inhale circulate everywhere.
In your physical and.
.
.
Energetic body.
From head to toe.
Hmm.
You are safe.
You were here.
To release fear.
Not to feel.
Guilty or shameful about the fear.
It's simply.
.
.
Acknowledging it,
And then letting it go.
Deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
The emotion of fear is one that is very human.
Is very normal.
But it's also an emotion that can be uncomfortable or even paralyzing at moments.
And so we want to be mindful when it starts to expand within us.
Taking a beautiful inhale through the nose once again.
Exhale from the mouth.
You are safe.
You are safe to release the fearful thoughts,
The fearful emotions.
And it's not about denying those feelings or that fear.
It's about observing it with a certain distance.
Distance that can be created through moments of stillness like this one.
So rather than being victims of our emotions,
We become observers of them.
Observing and noticing and assessing whether they are of service to us or not.
Deep inhale through the nose,
Expanding the belly and then letting that beautiful fresh oxygen move up to the lungs.
Exhale releasing from the mouth.
You are safe.
You are safe to release.
Fear,
Worry,
Anxiety.
And release any emotions that are attached to experiencing those emotions.
So fear is usually there to indicate something.
And once we start viewing fear as information,
We can see it in a more objective way.
Rather than letting it take over.
And another nourishing inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
Just noticing how.
Peaceful energy is expanding within.
And fear is taking up.
Less and less place.
Less and less room in the physical body,
In the energetic body.
It's not about the fear disappearing completely,
Necessarily.
It can,
And if it does,
That's great.
But it's just creating more space for something else to come in.
More peace.
More confidence,
More comfort,
More trust.
And always remembering that you are safe.
Deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
And just allowing the stillness and the silence just to envelop you.
And to wrap you in protection and peace.
And on every exhale,
Just.
.
.
Continuing with that release.
Release of the fear,
Release of anything attached to the fear.
And on every inhale.
Welcoming in grace for yourself.
Or this moment.
And for the situation that's bringing out that fear.
Deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
You And the more that we learn to become friends with fear,
To learn how to Manage it.
The more peace is our default setting.
I feel like I have a presence.
See when you have and you embody that peaceful energy.
You You attract magic.
I have no food for you.
I have no food for you,
My love.
I think they're used to getting fat here.
Boom.
And see,
That's a perfect example or metaphor.
For life.
Learning to.
.
.
To bend.
Rather than to break when.
Unexpected situations show up.
I'm so leaving it this in the meditation.
It's adorable.
And perhaps even.
.
.
Not taking life or these fears so seriously sometimes,
Depending on what the situation is.
So the softer we are.
.
.
The more room there is to.
.
.
Flow and adapt.
To unexpected situations,
To perhaps uncomfortable situations.
Maybe even learning to laugh in the face of fear.
And just Always coming back to the breath.
Which allows a fresh perspective on.
Whatever it is that we are fearful of.
And taking a final inhale through the nose,
Inhale all that beautiful peacefulness and confidence.
And exhale any remaining fear from the mouth.
And just deeply connecting to that inner knowing.
To have everything that you need to navigate the situation.
And you can always come back to this practice,
To the stillness.
To release any remaining fear and to reconnect with the power within to navigate that fear.
Namaste.
