I'm going to invite you to take some deep breaths.
And as you breathe in,
I would like to invite you to connect to source,
Connecting all the way up into source,
Into the source of creation.
Bringing that source energy down into your body.
And just allowing any tension to release,
Anything that is no longer serving your highest good to leave with your out-breath.
And then I'm going to invite you to just pull this energy of source,
This channel of golden healing light through your body and down into the earth,
Through the bottom of your feet.
And I would like to invite you to imagine there are roots coming out of the bottom of your feet,
Going deep down into the earth,
Going through all the layers of the earth,
Anchoring all the way down into the core of the earth,
The core of Mother Gaia,
Just anchoring this in.
And then I would like to invite you to start to breathe this grounded earth energy up into your body.
And as you do this,
Just notice what changes or shifts for you when you do this.
Notice if there's a difference in your energy.
There's been some energy coming in that just needed grinding and it's been sent into the earth and it's now being transmuted as it comes back up.
And you're going to send that grounded earth energy that's moved through your body,
Activating your heart centre as it does,
Allowing your heart to open and this energy to come up and go out of the top of your head and sending this grounded earth energy up into source.
I'm going to invite you to continue this process a few more times,
Bringing the energy down from source and into Mother Earth,
From Mother Earth back up into source,
Taking some slow,
Deep belly breaths to do this process.
And in this space of connection to source and deeply grounded in the earth,
I'm just going to ask anything not of the light to please step out,
Please leave immediately.
Any lower astral entities,
Any negative thought forms,
Anything that is not of 100% love and light,
You are not welcome here.
Go back to ether,
Never ever return.
Go back to where you once came,
Never to return to you or this reality.
I'm just going to clear any beliefs or any energies or any thought forms that have come from anyone else around anywhere you feel you are not the authority,
Anywhere where you don't listen and follow through on your body truth,
Anything that does not belong to you,
Any beliefs,
Thought forms,
Patterns,
Conditioning,
Anything that is not your soul's truth,
Can I please leave immediately and go back to ether,
Never ever return.
Just allow that to transmute.

And you can imagine pulling this out of your body and you can push it down into mother earth to be transmuted or you can send it up to source,
The choice is yours.
Any thoughts or belief around lack or scarcity,
Unworthiness,
Anywhere where you're not trusting yourself,
Anywhere where you're needing to fix others or others to fix you or constantly looking for the next teacher or healer or the next answer,
Instead of the answer coming from within,
Just releasing clear all of this now,
All of these thought forms across all timelines,
All dimensions,
All realities now,
Allowing this all to clear and leave and just take this energy out of your body or just imagine it going up to source or down into the earth.
Anything that is not of love,
Anything not filled with love consciousness,
Can I please leave,
Unconditional love for self and others,
Clearing that through,
Sending that back to ether,
Never ever return.
And then just ask,
Is there anything else in your body,
In your field,
That needs to be cleared today?
And just clear this through whichever way works for you.
Go back to where you once came,
Never to return to you or this reality.

And then I would like to invite you to imagine that in front of you,
There is a vortex of energy.
And you can imagine this however you wish,
Like a light vortex or a waterfall of energy.
And this is the new energy that is coming into the planet at the moment.
And this energy is to support your soul's truth,
Your highest timeline.
And it is here for you.
And it is simply waiting for you to step into it.
It is waiting for you to step into the space.
It is waiting for you to vibrationally align your frequency into this vortex,
Into this timeline.
And you know that when you step into this space,
This vortex will carry you towards your highest timeline,
Towards what is meant for you,
Your truth,
Your purpose,
Your soul's mission.
And everything will just become easier and flow.
And you will learn through love.
You will no longer learn through pain.
Because this is done.
This is old paradigm.
This is done.
And you are ready to step into who you truly are now.
So when you are ready,
I would like to invite you to step forward into this vortex,
Into this truth now.
And feel this energy anchor in.
Feel your body start to move with this frequency.
And this is the frequency of worthiness.
This is the frequency of power and authority.
Where you are showing up,
You are speaking your truth.

Doing your work in the way that is authentic to you.
That fits who you truly are at your core.
And then I'm going to give you some space just to get some guidance in this space,
In this vortex.
What is it that I need to know today from my highest timeline that is going to move me forward in this energy now for the rest of the year.
Just allowing those answers to come through.
You might receive messages.
You might receive images,
Gifts.
And just asking if there is anything else.
And then we are going to embody this frequency.
So I would like to invite you to take this frequency And bring it into your heart centre.
Anchoring that in.
Allowing your heart to open.
It is safe for you to anchor this in.
Your heart can open.
You've got your boundaries.
You've got yourself.
You can trust yourself.
You will listen to your body.
So anchor this in.
And then bring this energy from your heart through your body.
From your heart through your body.
And down into those roots that are coming out of the bottom of your feet.
And anchor that all the way down into the earth.
Like fully embodying this frequency.
This vortex of energy.
This highest timeline.
Where you are the power.
You are the authority.
And that this is a co-creation with the divine.
Where you are 50% allowing messages to come through.
And 50% listening to your body.
It is a co-creation.
You only need to do 50% of the work.
You can allow yourself to be guided and supported.
And just be in this energy.
Anchoring this all down.
And you might want to just place your hand on your heart centre.
To just fully push this energy and anchor it into your body.
And when you feel,
You might have a physical,
Emotional,
Mental or energetic shift.
When you feel that shift,
Just know that it is done.
Know that you have integrated.
And you are moving towards that highest timeline for you.
You are connected to your soul.
You are connected to your highest self.
And you can simply just listen day to day.
In trust.
Take those steps.
They may even be really small steps.
They may be doing nothing.
And just know that you can trust and take action from this space.
