
Sensitive Superpowers Meditation
This meditation is for clearing any energy out that you've picked up and tapping into your sensitivities as superpowers. A lot of the time we feel like our sensitivities are burdens but they are incredible superpowers, this meditation will align you into your truth and magnificence.

Welcome to your sensitive superpowers meditation.
This practice today is to help you clear any overwhelm,
Any energy that you have picked up to soothe your sensitivities,
Giving you a mindful space.
Just come into this present moment away from overwhelm,
Away from distractions,
And take some time for you.
In today's meditation we are also going to connect in to your sensitivities and our superpowers because these are an incredible gift,
An incredible gift in the world when we are so full of everyone else's energy and feeling overwhelmed.
We just need to give our nervous system the chance to come into regulation and take some time for ourselves.
So I would like to invite you to focus on your in-breath and on your out-breath.
Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth with a sigh.
See if you can make the out-breath a little longer than the in-breath.
And I would like you to imagine that as you breathe in,
You breathe in a cleansing gold light.
And as you breathe out,
I would like to invite you to breathe out firstly any tension from your body,
Just letting it go.
Breathing it out,
Sending it back to source,
Letting it be released.
Breathing in this golden light and breathing out any tension.
And if you like a visual representation,
I would like to invite you,
If this feels right for you,
To imagine stepping into a waterfall of golden light and let it rain down in your body as you breathe this light into your body,
Into your aura.
Breathing in this healing light,
Breathing in calm and continuing to breathe out any tension in your body.
And you might start to become aware of tension in your body that you didn't know was there.
Just meet yourself exactly where you're at today with exactly what you notice,
What you notice today is right for you.
You might notice your thoughts,
You might notice a busy mind.
And this is all part of your gifts.
I'd like you to just meet yourself exactly where you are at today and continue to breathe in this golden light,
Breathing this calm and breathing out any tension.
And with your next few breaths,
I'm going to invite you to breathe in a clearing healing energy and breathing out any overwhelm or any energy that is not connected to the highest version of you.
And again,
Whatever you notice here is okay.
Meet yourself where you're at.
You might notice today that you've taken on a lot of overwhelm and a lot of energy.
Perhaps there's not much to breathe out there at all,
But whatever you notice,
However much of this energy you feel,
So meet yourself where you're at.
Breathing in the golden light,
Breathing in that healing,
Clearing energy as it fills your body and aura like this waterfall.
And breathing out any overwhelm,
Any energy that's not yours.
And to deepen this visualization even further,
At this point,
We can imagine this feels right for you to bring awareness to the soles of your feet and allowing as this waterfall fills your whole body,
Your whole aura,
That it washes through out of the bottom of your feet and washes away.
And as you continue this process,
Anything not serving you can wash away.
Just allow it to go.
Keep breathing.
And with your next set of breaths,
I'm going to invite you to breathe in to the sensation of having these sensitive gifts.
Your sensitivities are your superpowers.
And I'd like to invite you to breathe in that affirmation.
My sensitivities are my superpowers.
And breathing out,
Letting that energy wash out of you,
Through the waterfall,
Of anything that is holding you back or anything else that needs to clear that is not in alignment with your sensitivities,
Are superpowers.
My sensitivities are superpowers.
And just be kind to yourself.
Just meet yourself where you're at.
Notice what comes up for you,
Any judgments.
Whatever is coming up for you now is right for you.
I would now like to invite you to breathe in the energy and let this energy move through your body.
That you have incredible intuitive gifts to share with this world.
Your energy is precious.
You have amazing boundaries around it.
So breathing in this energy of I have amazing intuition and gifts to share with this world.
My energy is amazing and important.
And I have incredible boundaries.
And again,
Just notice what's coming up for you here.
Breathing out any energy that's not in alignment with this highest version of you.
And whatever comes up for you right now is okay with you.
Meeting yourself where you're at.
Meeting yourself with kindness.
And allowing these gifts to be transformed.
And I would like to invite you to just bring your awareness to any resistance that you felt in your body with these statements.
Any resistance that you felt with this energy.
Any low worthiness.
Any beliefs about the energy coming in.
Energy that's not yours that you're taking on as your own.
Or any beliefs,
Doubts about your magic and power.
Just meet yourself where you're at with these right now.
And if it feels right for you,
This is your time.
This is your time to alchemise that shadow.
And you can come back to this as many times as you need to.
But I would like to invite you to bring awareness to how you are feeling.
And just imagine inside your body there is a little dial.
And you can turn this volume up to the maximum and feel into your incredible,
Incredible gifts and superpowers.
How amazing you are.
Why you are here on this planet.
You have a purpose.
You are here with these sensitivities for a reason.
You are here to show the collective a new way of being in the world.
To walk this path.
No matter how difficult it feels,
You are here for a reason.
So just take these next few breaths as an opportunity to connect into that power of that statement.
Connecting into the power of you.
And connecting into the collective tribe of everyone listening to this meditation.
Who just like you,
Has incredible,
Sensitive superpowers.
You are all here together at this moment in time to create this change in the world.
And this is an incredible thing.
So just breathing into that for a few more breaths.
Really anchoring that in.
Letting that volume button go right up to the maximum in terms of feeling how incredible your superpowers are.
Feeling that energy fill your whole body.
Feeling empowered.
And let that shine brighter and brighter as the waterfall starts to run down quicker and quicker.
Activating you.
Activating your brilliance.
And connecting you into this incredible energy.
It's going to see you through the rest of your day.
The rest of your week.
And you can come back to this as many times as you need to.
But for now,
Just bringing attention back to your body.
Bringing attention to the weight of your body.
And the room around you.
And just take a few deep breaths.
To just set this process in place.
And as you start to bring your attention back to the room,
You may want to take some time to journal on anything that has come up for you today.
Any awarenesses.
What boundaries do you need to set to enable you to tap into your superpowers?
How can you be more authentically you?
