Star Energy Clearing And Healing Meditation

In this magic energy clearing meditation we connect to the power of source and starlight energy. You'll ground, clear and then connect to past and future versions of yourself to heal using the energy of starlight.

Welcome to your star energy meditation for today and this meditation is to connect in to this new energy,

To connect into source and to bring this high vibrational light of this star energy through you.

Clearing you,

Grounding you and connecting you back into your higher self.

So just take some moments to settle yourself,

Making sure that you're comfortable.

You can be sitting or laying down for this meditation.

And I would like to invite you to just start to take some nice deep breaths.

Noticing the parts of your body that move as you breathe.

And the parts of your body that are still.

And just scan through your body becoming aware from your head to your toes of how each part of your body feels today.

Is there any tension?

Any lightness?

Any emotions present anywhere in your body today?

And having complete acceptance as you move through this process.

When you get to your feet I would like to invite you to imagine that there are roots coming out of your feet,

Coming out of your body and going deep into the earth like the roots of a tree.

Going deeper and deeper and deeper connecting you into the earth.

You can send any energy,

Anything that's not serving you from your body down these roots into the earth to be transformed.

Deeper and deeper to the core of the earth.

And then breathing this energy up,

Up and up and up the roots,

The grounded earth energy into the soles of your feet and start to breathe this energy up through your body.

You can imagine this as a light or a color.

And breathe this energy up into your heart and allowing your heart to feel open.

You might just want to shift your posture so your chest feels open.

This space of your heart and your chest is expansive.

And then I would like to invite you to send your energy up,

Up and up and up.

And just let your energy come up and out of your body moving up and up and up above your house,

Your town,

Your country,

Above the world looking down seeing the world right now.

Seeing all the planets,

The solar system moving up and up and up.

And I would like to invite you to go to a place in space.

Go to a place that is calling you.

Where you can connect with your soul and your higher self.

Somewhere you are safe and protected.

It may even be a place that you have a memory of in nature and you can access this from this field,

From the quantum field up in space.

So just take yourself to that place now.

And just settle yourself into this place as your energy moves into this place.

Where there is only love,

Where there is only the light and love of source.

Where you are protected and you're so grounded with earth energy you can send your energy up into this space.

And I would like to invite you to imagine that in front of you there is a stream of energy and it's coming down from even higher up in the cosmos.

And this stream of energy is fast flowing.

It's like a waterfall in front of you.

And within this waterfall of light there are tiny tiny stars.

And as it comes down like rocket fuel,

This pure source energy,

You see it moving in front of you like a fast flowing waterfall of light.

It's almost like rocket fuel with these tiny stars,

Like shooting stars whooshing down this waterfall.

And this waterfall you feel a recognition with.

You feel like you've seen it before,

You recognize the energy and that is because this energy is inside of you.

And as you sit and gaze this waterfall you can feel that recognition of energy.

You can feel the high vibration of this energy moving through.

And I would like to invite you,

If it feels expansive for you in your body,

To step into this light stream now.

And just start to notice how your body starts to feel.

Do you feel any heat,

Cold,

Tingling?

You might even feel a spinning or whooshing sensation as you connect to this energy.

Allow this energy to wash over and through your body,

A bit like standing under a waterfall.

And just let those mini stars in this energy move through your entire body and your aura and the area around your body.

These stars start whooshing through and as they go they whoosh through,

Through this waterfall you are now immersed in and they go out the bottom of your feet and you're out into the roots.

So just let this process happen and these tiny stars start to fill your whole body.

You can just feel your body fizzing and bubbling as you activate.

And you can send these stars as this energy connects with your body and it connects with your energy.

You can send these stars to any part of your body,

To any emotions,

To any energy that you feel needs to be cleared.

And in this space you can also transcend space and time.

And you can send these stars,

Like shooting stars,

Back to past versions of yourself,

Past situations,

To send healing,

To send love back to past versions of yourself.

So take that time now to send any stars back.

To send healing,

To send love.

And you may go back even further if you wish and send these stars up your ancestral line,

Sending this healing back even further,

Having even bigger ripples as you become a vessel for this energy.

And then if it feels right for you,

You can do the same with your future self.

Allow these stars to pave a path,

A path of golden sparkles that lead you to your highest and most expansive future.

And you can connect with your higher self,

With your future self as you send these stars out and they form this sparkling golden path.

They're so bright,

So easy to follow.

Connect with your higher self,

Your future self,

And I'm going to stay quiet for a moment now that you've sent back healing,

You've cleared your body with this high vibrational energy.

Just take some time now to allow any guidance and messages from your future,

From your higher self,

From being in this space of these sparkling stars to come through now.

And making a note of anything that came through for you,

Any actions you need to take,

Any ways of being that are going to pave this path of stars for you.

And then just taking this energy,

Making this waterfall smaller and smaller and just placing this energy in your heart.

You might want to place your hand on your chest as you just push this high vibrational energy and these stars in into your heart,

Integrating this energy,

Setting intentions for you to carry this energy now as you continue on your star path.

Feeling refreshed,

Feeling renewed,

Feeling cleared,

Feeling so powerful.

This energy has enabled you to step fully into your power and to be protected on your journey because you are grounded below and connected to this star energy above as you move through your day.

So just starting to bring your energy down and into your body,

Feeling the weight of your body.

Starting to move your body,

You might want to wiggle your fingers and toes and gently blinking open your eyes and bringing your attention back into the room ready for the rest of your day.
