Welcome to your energy clearing meditation.
So just find yourself somewhere comfortable.
It can be sitting or lying down or perhaps even gently walking in nature and I would like to invite you to take some nice deep breaths.
Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth and with each in-breath that you take I would like you to imagine that you are breathing in golden sparkles from Source.
So as you breathe in send your attention all the way up to Source.
Breathing in the golden sparkles letting them fill your whole entire body and breathing out anything that does not serve you.
I'm going to invite you to lengthen that out-breath.
Breathing in and out of the belly as you take those deeper breaths.
Breathing in from Source and breathing out anything no longer serves you any tension or anything you want to release today.
And as this golden energy fills your entire body and aura I would like to invite you to pay attention to your root,
To your feet and this golden energy starts to form roots coming out of the bottom of your feet and going deeper and deeper and deeper into the earth all the way down to the core of the earth and just hook these roots into the core of the earth grounding you here in this beautiful earth energy and then I'm going to invite you to start to breathe this earth energy up through the roots up into your body and this grounded earth energy starts to intermingle with the golden energy.
You can imagine this as a color or a feeling whatever feels right for you.
Just pull this grounded earth energy up through your body pulling it all the way up and when it reaches your heart center I would like to invite you to set the intention to send a little more energy to this space to this heart center allowing it to open and clear open and clear open and clear and just tuning into that it's safe you are connected to Source and grounded in this space you can allow your heart to open and clear just say that phrase out loud or in your head open and clear and then pulling this energy up to your throat allowing any energy in that throat to release and if this feels right for you might want to tilt your head back allow any signs to come out of your mouth as you allow that throat to open and open and open and clear and open and say that again clear and open and then pulling this energy up up into your head and out of the top of your head and send this grounded earth energy all the way up into Source and then I'm going to invite you in your own time to do this a few more times bringing down the Source energy and the golden sparkles into your body and aura down into the earth down down down into the roots and then bring the earth energy up to Source I'm gonna stay quiet for a moment and allow you to do this in your own time and becoming aware of how your body is feeling right now how your energy is feeling right now and anything else that is coming up to clear I'm gonna invite you to do a deeper clearing now I'm gonna invite you to turn up that golden energy in your body even more you can imagine there's a slider volume dial or a round dial and turn this grounded earth energy and Source energy up to the max and let it radiate out of your body it's gonna radiate out into the room that you're in the building that you're in out to the town out to your whole entire country continent and expand this beautiful clearing energy out to the whole entire world around the world and through the world and out past the moon the Sun the stars the planets out and out and out into the whole entire universe you are the most powerful energy you are expanded and I'm just gonna ask for anything in this expanded space any entities any negative thought forms to please leave go back to where you once came never to return to you or this reality go back to where you once came never to return to you or this reality go back to where you once came never to return to you or this reality and allow that to clear and cleanse in this expanded space and if there's anything else coming up for clearing just ask to be shown now and you may be shown chords or attachments there's any chords just take a pair of scissors or a violet flame and cut and burn through these chords now and burn cut and burn all to release in all space all time all dimensions and all timelines now all entity attachments across all timelines all dimensions please leave immediately go back to ether never ever return all entities across all timelines all dimensions please leave immediately go back to ether never ever return all entities all attachments across all timelines all dimensions please leave immediately go back to ether never ever return allowing your whole body to be filled with source energy as you stay in this expanded space clearing and cutting clearing and cutting and burning through and then lastly to give this clearing the final boost you can imagine that a violet flame energy is starting to intermingle with the golden energy and this violet flame surrounds you and as it surrounds you it forms a boundary forms an energetic boundary and it protects this golden energy that is within you if there's anything else coming up for releasing or clearing you can pull it out of your body and you can throw it into the violet flame any entities you can push out into this violet flame to be transmuted and you can call on this golden light and violet flame at any point for clearing for grounding for protection from now onwards so just taking a couple of breaths integrating the clearing the grounding that you've done today and just bring this expansive energy in bring it in place it in your heart center taking some further deep breaths wiggling your fingers and toes and opening your eyes when you are ready
