So just taking the time to close down your eyes,
Coming into your body,
Taking some deep breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth and I would like to invite you to bring to mind your intention for today's session and just notice how anchored in that intention is and you might want to there might be some changes to that intention and that's okay just becoming aware and just finding where that intention is in your body and how anchored in it is at the moment there's no right or wrong and then I would like to invite you if the roots into the earth aren't already there you can send those roots back down all the way down through the layers of the earth deep down into the core of mother earth grounding you connecting you and if there's any energy in your body that is not yours you can send this down to be transmuted and then starting to pull this grounded earth energy up into your body and into your legs you might notice this is a light or color or feeling but whatever you notice is right for you bring it up through the tops of your legs into your hips and pelvis up into your stomach your back your chest and as you pull this energy through your chest your heart starts to open like a flower and the energy in your heart center shines brightly as this energy moves through your arms into your hands up into your neck and shoulders it might release tension allowing any knots to release up into your head and as this energy moves up into your head it starts to activate your third eye in your gland and then pulling this energy up even further i'm at the top of your head and whichever way feels right for you sending this all the way up into source into the source of creation god divine power universe whatever you resonate with and anchor this light into that space and then pulling energy down from source down that channel into your body allowing the golden sparkly energy from source to fill your entire body down to your feet out into the earth and your whole body starts to sparkle and radiate with this grounded earth energy and source energy intermingling in your body you can imagine in your body there is a little dial and you can turn that dial up allowing this light to get brighter if there was a volume imagining this volume of this light this energy getting louder and it starts to radiate out in front of you and you see a door appear you open that door and as you step through that door you step into the quantum field where you have access to limitless possibilities i'm going to invite you to set the intention to be shown your most powerful flow truth timeline now and you might see lights colors pathways and remembering that you have free will so you can simply choose and align to this frequency to this energy so allowing yourself to step onto that path that is your highest timeline where you are in your most expansive power flow and truth and i would like to invite you to look up that timeline and tune into what are the small steps that lead to that big vision that most highest timeline for you just allow yourself to see any images i'm just going to ask for anything that is not of love and light on this timeline to please leave any energy from anyone else any negative thought forms anything that is not love and light in this space has to please leave and i would like to invite you to send a violet flame up either side of this timeline to clear and protect and to push anything off this timeline that is not for your highest good anything that could be on this path that does not belong there that is not in alignment with your soul and i would like you to visualize yourself as your most powerful version of you you're in flow you're so connected to your authentic truth just flowing with life and receiving abundance receiving love and you can just ask if there's any other messages coming through from this version of you that you need to anchor in today i'm going to take these awarenesses and messages and bring them into your body into your heart center whichever way feels right for you taking a chord from your heart center moving it through your body out of the bottom of your feet and anchoring this into the earth anchoring this in now into the 3d reality into the earth that this is done you are now fully on this timeline this work is done and then all that you need to do is take those small steps to tune into your body and to move forward in alignment with that vision in those feeling thoughts of expansiveness of truth of power and authority for you so just allowing this all to integrate and when you're ready and only when you are ready bringing your attention back into the room
