When we experience overwhelm, keeping things simple can be the most helpful way to quieten the mind and calm the nervous system. In this guided meditation session I offer support and guidance as I invite you to ask yourself: "what's the one simple thing I can notice right now?" This session does not mention any specific body parts or postures, nor does it mention the breath.
