This meditation aligns one with the divine feminine. It encourages the mood of receptivity and reciprocity. It trains the mind in focus and visualisation. It also detoxes the body, and brings you to a state of harmony and equanimity. In females it strengthens the connection with their intuition. ​​In males it confers on them direction and will. The moon also governs the womb - an organ of perception and dreaming which is heightened at this time. Men can connect with their energetic womb through their connection to the Earth.

Transcript

Welcome.

Please make yourself comfortable.

Lie down on the earth preferably.

Or if you wish,

Sit in a chair.

Keep your spine straight in either case.

Feel gravity working on the body.

Allow the body to become twice as heavy.

Sink down.

Move the hips away from the head,

Elongating the spine.

Stretch the feet away from the hips.

Have the hands open to the sky.

Intend that these sky energies are received by you and that they are integrated within you for your wellbeing.

Adjust the body for deep comfort.

Close your eyes if you haven't already.

Breathe,

Inhaling through the nose,

Up the legs,

Into the belly and torso,

Gently inflating the body.

And exhale through the mouth,

Letting go of any tension or holding in the body.

Relax deeply as you are,

Inhaling and exhaling in this cycle of breath.

Breathe very quickly through the nose with the accent on the upper,

The exhale.

Relax deeply and fully into the body's natural intelligence as it becomes energised.

Breathe deeply and fully into the body's natural intelligence as it becomes energised.

Return to the natural rhythm of your breath and enjoy this deep relaxation that comes after this breath.

Just enjoy this carefree mood.

We're going to tense the body from the toes to the head on an inhale and then hold both the breath and that tension for a moment.

Then we are going to let go of everything,

The whole holding and tension on an exhale through the mouth while we deeply relax.

We're going to do this three times together.

So with me,

Inhale,

Tensing the toes,

The soles of the feet,

The heels,

Ankles,

Calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Buttocks,

Belly,

Lower back,

Chest,

Back area,

Arms,

Hands,

Shoulders,

Neck and head.

And just hold that tension with the breath.

Now deeply exhale through the mouth,

Clearing the body and entering into deep relaxation.

Let's do this again.

Remember we're inhaling through the mouth and we're exhaling fully and you can make the sound.

Clearing the body.

So once more,

Inhale,

Tensing the toes,

The soles of the feet,

The heels,

Ankles,

Calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Buttocks,

Belly,

Lower back,

Chest and back area,

Arms,

Hands,

Shoulders,

Neck and head.

And just hold that tension with the breath.

Now let go.

Allow the body to relax deeply.

Let's do this one more time.

In your own time,

Inhaling,

Tensing from the feet up the ankles and calves and the knees,

Thighs,

The buttocks,

The belly,

Up the torso,

The hands,

The arms,

The shoulders,

The neck and head.

Hold that tension now.

Now deep exhale.

And just enjoy that deep sense of relaxation.

Allow and accept the possibility of this light trance in the body.

Let go of everything.

You are safe here.

Give yourself the permission to enter deeper into trance.

Here the body nurtures itself.

Look up between your eyebrows to the centre of your forehead.

Bask in your own being.

Inhaling.

And exhaling.

Inhaling through the nose.

Exhaling through the mouth.

Stay in this rhythm and embrace this nurturing safe place within yourself.

Visualise a golden bubble of light around you.

Only beneficial thoughts and feelings may come within you.

Here you are protected.

Stay in your deep and regular breathing throughout this journey.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Relaxing deeply yet retaining consciousness.

I am going to count down from nine to zero.

At each number we will step down a stair.

Imagine this as you hear my voice.

At each step you will allow yourself to relax deeper and enter into a fuller trance.

Where you are conscious yet the body is deeply relaxed.

Nine.

Step down.

Let go of all thoughts.

Eight.

Relaxing further.

Seven.

Step down feeling whole.

Six.

Another step.

Five.

Going down.

Four.

Staying with your breath.

Three.

A step further.

Two.

Enjoying.

One.

Feeling as you step down your well being and zero.

And we enter into this wonderful state of being.

Simply feel how magnificent it feels to be you in this relaxed state.

Continue breathing consciously.

Gently acquiescing to the body inflating and deflating.

Dream with me.

We are on an island shore together.

You can hear the gentle sound of the water as it embraces the land in harmony with your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling in time with the water.

Coconut palms have found their home here.

They are providers of food and fronds for our use.

The night is still and we feel the ambience of this bay.

Of the coconut trees and the moon above us.

There is a stillness here articulated by the gentle caress of the waves in the shore.

The night is warm and we feel beneficial energies shining on us.

Surrounded by water connecting with the moon our emotions are heightened.

Observe how you feel and reflect on any emotions that have come up recently.

What has been your biggest,

Most recent emotional change?

Contemplate how these emotions have arisen.

Are they arbitrary forces beyond your control or are they an area of your life that can be transformed so that you are consciously fluid in your interactions with life?

Emotions arise in us as children when we are overwhelmed by sensations or feelings.

This band of awareness around the midsection is where we interact with the world from an emotional vantage point.

With observation and intent we can see how it is possible to return our awareness to sensation and feeling where it is not dominated by our childhood sense of fear but distrust of being overwhelmed.

Breathe up the body,

Inflating the belly and feel the fibres of awareness,

This emotional thought energy of the belly.

Hold on an exhale,

Intend that all entanglements become untangled and the fibres flow through.

Inhaling into the belly,

Relax and discover your love of life.

Feel that love caressing this belly awareness,

Feel it opening to your intent as you exhale.

Feel how with this simple breathing energy is being returned to the belly.

You maybe feel it as a gentle warmth or some other sensation.

Energy workers code their breath to bring them what they require.

Inhale again and begin to bask in how good your belly feels.

Bring the left hand to the belly with the right on top.

Circle the hands clockwise down the left hand side circling up the right hand side.

Breathing,

Massaging,

Soothing.

Bring your kindness and healing to the belly.

Find through thought and intuition with all that heals and benefits.

Bring relaxation to the belly,

Let go.

We are going to breathe higher into the body,

Into the heart.

The heart is a place of feeling,

But a feeling unconditioned by past experiences.

With clarity,

The heart is a place of trust,

Of acceptance,

Of unconditional feeling.

The heart is a resting place without judgement,

A place of balance and wellbeing.

A place of simple affection.

Come up into the heart with me.

Breathe and intend this energy up the body,

Feel the chest opening.

And exhale,

Relaxing any tension in the muscles around the heart and the chest.

Inhaling,

Up the body,

Opening the heart.

Resting in the space and exhaling,

Relaxing any tension that we feel around the heart area.

Bring the hands a few inches apart,

Either side of the heart.

On an inhale,

Just lightly vibrate the fingertips.

And on an exhale,

Gently allow the fingertips to lightly press on this heart area.

Bring your consciousness into your heart.

Give the command that it be free here of concern,

Of bias.

Balance within the heart.

Allow your energy to be free.

Let's repeat this breath a few times,

Vibrating the fingers on an inhale.

Just waking up this heart area.

And exhaling,

Lightly pressing into the heart area.

Waking up the heart with our breath and our consciousness.

Transmuting any emotional attachment into this free flowing,

Unconditional love.

Inhaling,

Vibrating the fingertips.

Exhaling,

Lightly pressing.

Enjoy this simple activity.

Find your commitment and intent to live your life from this place of balance.

You were meant for freedom.

Continue breathing into the heart,

Feel how good you feel.

And in this space,

Think of someone you love.

The heart is a place of empathy,

Where you can share feelings with others.

Intend empathy and sharing.

Inhale a breath as you visualize your loved ones.

And shower them with this love on an exhale,

Connecting with your vision.

Like a dynamo,

Become empowered with this breath,

Sharing this current with loved ones.

The heart's magnetic and electrical fields are powerful,

More powerful than any other part of the body.

Here,

We can communicate.

Here,

We can freely connect.

Now extend that wave of love to all humans,

Beings of every color,

Culture and persuasion that share this earth with you.

Celebrate both our diversity and our ultimate oneness.

Extend your love further to the animal plant and mineral kingdom.

Inhaling into the heart.

Surfing this wave of love and on an exhale sharing it with these beings.

And extend this love,

This affection further to all beings and to all the formless energies that have awareness.

Inhaling,

Delighting in this experience of love and sharing it with all beings throughout the universe.

Extend your love to awareness itself and bathe in that reciprocity with the universe.

At rest and play in this delightful dance with her.

Inhaling,

A microcosm of the macrocosm that embraces us.

Free beings.

Beings of power.

Beings of love and life.

We are known throughout the universe as shiny beings.

Shine your love throughout the universe.

It is not bound by time or space.

We are free beings,

Unbound.

We stand in our power.

Warriors of love.

Beings of acquiescence.

Just spend a moment finding gratitude for your life and awareness.

For all your perceptions and for your growth and evolution that has brought you to this place of understanding.

Has brought you to this place of knowledge.

Has brought you to this place where you can give and receive in reciprocity of everything that is.

Just bask in that feeling.

Spend a moment finding gratitude for this feeling within you.

Know that this feeling is always available to you.

When petty concerns would take your attention,

Remember who you are.

And why you came to this earth.

And find yourself in every moment fulfilling that purpose.

Now I will count up from zero to nine and at each number you will take a step up.

At every step you will draw your awareness into your physicality.

You will return to your daily life with all these gifts of awareness and transformation that you have gathered on this journey.

Zero,

Step up.

One,

Breathing deeper.

Two,

Feeling more physical.

Three,

Coming back.

Four,

Returning.

Five,

Becoming even more physical.

Six,

Breathing deeper.

Seven,

Awakening.

Eight,

Returning.

Nine,

Back in your body completely.

Back in your daily life.

Deepen your breath.

Feel your physicality.

Waken the body to this world of daily affairs.

Return fully to your physical body.

Move the fingers,

Move your toes.

Stretch the body.

Feel yourself on the floor becoming totally awake and aware of your physicality.

Returning with power.

Returning consciousness.

Take a stretch.

Enjoy this return.

And when you are ready,

Gently support yourself as you turn on your side.

Feel the earth underneath you.

Rise and give in thanks for this journey.

And when you are ready,

Come into a sitting position.

Sit up in your own time,

Your back safe and energised,

Having transformed your sense of being with the blessings of the moon.

Enjoy your life.

It is what you have.
