This guided dreaming will help you expand your awareness and astral travel. It is deeply calming, healing and empowering and will assist you in opening up the world of dreams and inner silence. Gammadian has a deep interest in exploring dream and out of body experiences, or astral projections, and offers this classical technique of entering into one. Whether or not you actualise an astral projection you will go very deeply into the natural intelligence and healing of the body.

You You Welcome let's dream together Take a pillow and a cover if you wish and lie down somewhere comfortable Adjust your body and find your most relaxing position Close your eyes sink into the earth Lengthen your spine by moving your head and hips away from each other Open the legs a little wider in shoulder width Let the feet fall naturally to either side Have the palms facing upward to the sky Now relax into that position Just breathe and listen to my voice Let it be your guide Let's do some deep breathing together Inhale up the legs pulling gently with the perineum Feel the breath filling the belly the solar plexus and the lungs Exhale with a long measured breath giving back to the earth anything we don't need to enter into this dream together Repeat this breath deeply and naturally inhaling and exhaling for a while At each breath you will relax more At each breath you will let go more Your breath is all Enter into a deep alignment with your being Inhaling new energy exhaling anything we don't need and deeply relaxing into the earth We're going to tense the voice We're going to tense the body from the toes up to the head We're going to inhale from the toes and when the whole body is tense we will hold for a moment and then relax deeply Now tense the toes the soles of the feet the heels the ankles and the top of the feet Tense the calves the knees the thighs come up to the sexual center the buttocks Tense the sacrum the lower spine the whole midsection the chest area upper back Arms shoulders neck and head Hold this and relax this long deep exhalation Feel the natural well-being of the body Let's repeat this movement Tensing from the toes up the legs up the torso the shoulders the arms the neck the head hold And deeply relax Up the torso the shoulders the arms the neck the head hold and deeply relax Again from the toes up the legs and buttocks the torso Shoulders arms neck and head and hold A long deep exhale Let's return to the regular breathing of the body deeply and regularly becoming aware of your own energy I am going to describe some movements of the body Yet do not engage your physical body Do not move physically but move in your awareness Imagine yourself doing these movements and connect deeply with your breath Feel the physicality of the toes on the right foot You can flex them Come aware of the sole of the foot the heel the ankle and the whole foot Move the ankles from side to side And circle them one way and then the other Become aware of the right calf,

Shin bone and front of the leg Flex the knee touring the lower leg up towards the groin Circle the ankle and the ankle Flex the knee touring the lower leg up towards the groin circle the knee in and out First one way and then the other Become aware of the right thigh,

The right buttock and right groin area Continue up on the right Raise and lower the hip in your imagination Connecting with the energy and the intent of this movement Feel all the soft parts of the midsection on this side and the lower back Come up to the right ribs and upper back Feel the heart Come up to the shoulder and flex it one way and the other Then circle the shoulder backwards And forwards Circle the arm from the shoulder one way and then the other And then from the elbow circling one way and then the other Now the wrist circling one way and then the other In your imagination clasp the hand and open it Come up to the neck and circle it one way and then the other Feel with your awareness the right side,

The head and the face The eye,

The ear,

Right half of the nose Let's repeat this on the neck,

Flex your toes Become aware of the parts of your feet Move the ankles from side to side Circle them one way and then the other Come up to the shin and the calf and bring your leg up to the chest and circle the knee And then the other way Come up the thigh to the buttock and hip Raise and lower the hip Feel the sacrum of the lower spine and the midsection Come up to the rib on the left,

The chest and upper back Here is the largest part of the heart,

Feel the left hand side Listen to it so that you breathe Come up to the shoulder and flex it backwards,

Forwards Circle the upper arm And the other way Circle from the elbow Turn the other way And the rest Come up the arm,

Up to the neck,

Move and circle it one way And then the other Become aware of the left side of the face and the head The eye,

The ear,

The left hand side,

Nose and pelvis Breathe first into the right side Experiencing the right side Exhale Inhale into the left hand side of the body And exhale Let's breathe deeply together,

Feeling our whole structure Breathe from the feet up the legs into the torso Inflating the lungs,

Breathing into the head Just hold the breath for a moment and exhale In this long measured exhale,

Be relaxed Take a few more breaths together and stay in this rhythm of breath we have established Give your attention to the bones in the body Feel how they link and move by stretching your imagination Feel the tendons that allow the bones to move And feel the muscles that work in concert with the teeth Become aware of your organs,

Start with the sexual region Breathe into the system Now healing breath,

The liver Energizing it and exhaling everything that the liver no longer needs Breathe into the large and small intestine,

Stomach and the appendix Inflating the belly,

Letting go Let's sanitize the pancreas and the spleen with the breath And again exhaling anything we no longer need Clearing the energy of the pancreas and spleen Come up to the lungs and send a smile onto the lungs as we inhale And exhale Breathe into the heart Let your heart be your guide along with my voice as healing expires Come to the head and become aware The eyes,

The ears,

The nose,

The mouth Extend your awareness Increase the range of your seeing,

Hearing,

Smelling and tasting Become aware of your skin Feel this covering of your body And how it interacts with the air in your clothes Go deeper into your tissues See your blood system,

Veins,

Arteries,

Papillaries And the heart that pumps around this red,

Oxygenated life-giving force into this body Breathe deeply and regularly Feeling these elements working together Feel the individual cells working together in concert Each one a center of intelligence Descend on a deeper level into your nervous system Feel these subtle fibers of awareness in the channels in which they operate This two-way network of information that joins all the parts of your body Now go deeper into your subtler bodies Through your thoughts,

Your emotions And into your energy body,

The force that you dream of Relax into the subtly Relax into the energy body Call the energy body with your will You are a being of light and energy Feel the breath that links the seen and unseen elements of your awareness That makes perception possible Listen to my voice,

I will count down from nine to zero Nine,

Relax,

Eight,

Go deeper,

Seven,

Six,

Down another step,

Five,

Four,

Three The body's totally relaxed,

Two,

The body enters into sleep yet we are conscious Retain your consciousness,

One and zero You are a deep rest,

Intending clarity throughout this guided journey Intend consciousness and deep remembrance of this magical state that we will reach together Command yourself to enter into the deep state of relaxation Choose a place that is familiar to you,

A place you enjoy,

A place with power for you And just begin to visualize that place,

See the colors of it,

The shapes Look around in your dream awareness behind your closed eyes,

Breathe,

Gaze into that space I will guide you to this place that you have chosen Breathe and open and expansive again,

Focus on your breath Under deep breath intend a deeper state of relaxation and a deeper state of consciousness,

Awareness and clarity And whatever place you visit you will remember all of your experience And this experience will be available to you on waking into the world of everyday affairs Hold your energy body with your intent,

Your energy body is a natural facility of your awareness,

It is the unseen part of you Make yourself available to it,

Be guided by it and my voice Enter into a state of fluidity and vibration realignment with the intent of this journey Allow what comes,

Astral traveling is a natural facility of your awareness Maybe the body will begin to vibrate,

Just allow it,

This is a natural sensation at the start of the journey Many will not feel physical vibrations,

Allow whatever comes,

Whatever sensations,

Just allow and accept them Be guided by them to an expansive state of awareness,

Feel yourself aligned with your energy body,

Free,

Fluid and empowered Focus on the sensations that you experience,

Set your intent to astrally travel Use them as a launch pad into the infinitude of your being Whether the sensations are physical or more subtle,

Enter deeply into your breath and allow your whole consciousness to experience every sensation that you receive Consciousness is the key to astral travel You exist free of your body at all times,

Your physical body is just an aspect of your energetic awareness Use your breath and visualization,

Exert your dream attention and control and your willpower Gather your consciousness now,

Gather your clarity and visualize a rope hanging down from the ceiling It's near enough so you can reach out,

In your mind's eye see its texture,

Its colour,

Its shape Without opening your eyes or moving your physical body,

Visualize yourself reaching up towards the rope,

Your hand reaches up now,

Grabs the rope,

Feels the texture and withdraws to your body Practice this over and over again,

Feel your spirit arm reaching out for this rope,

Bring the hand back to the body Practice this for a while,

Visualizing the rope in front of you,

Grabbing hold of the rope,

Bringing the hand back Grabbing hold of the rope,

Feel your spirit start to come out of the body and coming back in,

Reaching up,

Extending your awareness into the lightness,

Back Try it with the other hand reaching up,

Feeling the existence of the spirit arm back The world of dreams,

The world of imagination,

Guide you into real states This is a hidden key,

A web,

Reach out,

Feel the spirit extending and then retract the spirit hand into the body The gains and joys reverse the lightness of being,

This lightness will come back,

Steadily your awareness out,

Back We're going to reach up now with the right arm and pull ourselves slightly out of the body And then we're going to reach up above it with the other hand and pull ourselves more out of the body Grabbing hold just above it with the right hand,

Pulling ourselves out and continue up the rope,

Visualizing the place that you wish to go It is a safe journey If you don't come completely out of your body,

Just enjoy the sensation of floating in this magical healing place Each of this moves will take us higher and higher We become lighter and lighter as we grab hold of the rope and climb into our spirit existence Reach up with the right hand,

Pull ourselves from the body Reach up with the left,

Pull ourselves further out of the body Reach up with the right above it with climbing the rope Use your legs around the rope,

Climb up hand over hand,

Foot over foot And we are out traveling,

Traveling,

Traveling,

Traveling You can visualize your place of power,

Enjoy,

Enjoy,

Enjoy Wherever you are in five minutes,

You will hear my voice and respond to it I will say my name,

Commander This is a command for you to return and you will obey it willingly Intending and allowing your return to your physical body Exactly the amount of time that you need for the experience will have been given you You are connected by a cord and you can return to your body and open your eyes at any time Your physical body is an expression of your awareness as is your energy We are going to repeat the visualization that we did,

That was intensely relaxing. I’m not sure how long the astral traveling went for, but it felt like only a few minutes. It wasn’t smooth for me. I did journey though, which was wonderful. I found the music very erratic and almost too noisy which made me jump from place to place. I’ve only recently started this wonderful astral traveling journey and exploration and I am loving it. Thank you very much 🙏 🌻🥰

This is so awesome. I love his spooky manor and how much advice he manages to share with just gently lulling you into your trance. Using what he taught me to another plain vibrating track, I managed to halfway escape my body tonight before a violent hand twitch- on the physical half that was spiritually empty (my left side)- brought me crashing back as one. Shocked my sleeping body so bad I coughed and everything. Great track!
