
Healing Body To Open Upper Chakras
In this guided practice, you explore your organs as inteligences. This will help you visualize each organ and examine each of their purpose. Knowing this will allow you to honor them and allign them with your goals.

Welcome,
Let's dream together.
Take a pillow and a cover if you wish and lie down somewhere comfortable.
Adjust your body and find your most relaxing position.
Close your eyes and sink into the earth.
Lengthen your spine by moving your head and hips away from each other.
Open the legs a little wider than shoulder width and let the feet fall naturally to either side.
Have the palms facing upward to the sky.
Now relax into that position.
Just breathe and listen to my voice.
Let it be your guide.
Let's do some deep breathing together.
Inhale up the legs,
Pulling gently with the perineum and feel the breath filling the belly,
The solar plexus and the lungs.
And exhale with a long measured breath giving back to the earth anything we don't need to enter into this dream together.
Repeat this breath deeply and naturally inhaling and exhaling for a while.
At each breath you will relax more.
At each breath you will let go more.
Your breath is all.
Enter into a deep alignment with your being,
Inhaling new energy,
Exhaling anything we don't need and deeply relaxing into the earth.
We're going to tense the body from the toes up to the head.
We're going to inhale from the toes and when the whole body is tense we will hold for a moment and then relax deeply.
Now tense the toes,
The soles of the feet,
The heels,
The ankles and the top of the feet.
Tense the calves,
The knees,
The thighs.
Come up to the sexual centre of the buttocks,
Tense the sacrum,
The lower spine,
The whole midsection,
The chest area,
Upper back,
Arms,
Shoulders,
Neck and head.
Hold this and relax in this long and deep exhale.
Feel the natural wellbeing of the body and let's repeat this movement tensing from the toes up the legs,
Up the torso,
The shoulders,
The arms,
The neck,
The head.
Hold and deeply relax.
Again from the toes,
Up the legs,
The buttocks,
The torso,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Neck and head and hold and a long deep exhale.
Let's return to the regular breathing of the body,
Deeply and regularly,
Becoming aware of your own energy.
I am going to describe some movements of the body.
Yet do not engage your physical body.
Do not move physically but move in your awareness.
Imagine yourself doing these movements and connect deeply with your breath.
Feel the physicality of the toes on the right foot.
You can flex them.
Become aware of the sole of the foot,
The heel,
The ankle and the whole foot.
Move the ankles from side to side.
Circle them one way and then the other.
Become aware of the right calf,
The shin bone and front of the leg.
Flex the knee,
Drawing the lower leg up towards the groin.
Circle the knee in and out.
First one way and then the other.
Become aware of the right thigh,
The right buttock and right groin area.
Continue up on the right.
Raise and lower the hip in your imagination a few times,
Connecting with the energy and the intent of this movement.
Feel the soft parts of the midsection on this side and the lower back.
Come up to the right ribs and upper back.
Feel the heart.
Come up to the shoulder.
You can flex it one way and the other.
And then circle the shoulder backwards and forwards.
Circle the arm from the shoulder one way and then the other.
And then from the elbow circling one way and the other.
Now the wrist circling one way and then the other.
In your imagination clasp the hand and open it.
Come up to the neck.
You can circle it one way and then the other.
Feel with your awareness the right side of the head and the face.
The eye,
The ear,
The right half of the nose and the mouth.
Let's repeat this on the left.
Flex your toes.
Become aware of the parts of your feet.
Move the ankles from side to side.
And circle them one way and then the other.
Come up to the shin and the calf and bring your leg up to the chest.
Circle the knee.
And then the other way.
Come up the thigh to the buttock and hip.
Raise and lower the hip.
Feel the sacrum and the lower spine and the midsection.
Come up to the rib and the left and the chest and upper back.
Here is the largest part of the heart.
Feel the left hand side of the heart.
Listen to its song as you breathe deeply.
And come up to the shoulder and just flex it backwards and forwards.
Circle the upper arm.
And the other way.
Circle from the elbow and return the other way.
And the wrist.
Come up the arm.
Up to the neck.
Move and circle it one way and then the other.
Become aware of the left side of the face and head.
The eye,
The left hand side of the nose and mouth.
Just breathe first into the right side.
Experiencing the right side of the body.
And exhale.
Inhale into the left hand side of the body.
And exhale.
Just breathe deeply together,
Feeling our whole structure.
Breathe from the feet up the legs into the torso.
Inflating the lungs.
Breathing into the head.
And just hold the breath for a moment and exhale.
And in this long measured exhale you relax more.
Let's take a few more breaths together and stay in this rhythm of breath that we have established.
Just give your attention to the bones in your body.
Feel how they link and move by stretching in your imagination.
Feel the tendons that allow the bones to move and feel the muscles that work in concert with them.
Become aware of your organs.
Start with the sexual region.
Breathe into this area.
Now a healing breath for the liver.
Energizing it and exhaling everything that the liver no longer needs.
We can breathe into the large and small intestine,
The stomach and the appendix.
Inflating the belly and deflating the belly,
Letting go.
Let's energize the pancreas and the spleen with a breath.
And again exhaling anything we no longer need,
Clearing the energy of the pancreas and spleen.
Come up to the lungs and send a smile to the lungs as we inhale and exhale.
Breathe into the heart.
Let your heart be your guide along with my voice in this healing exploration.
Come to the head and become aware of the eyes,
The ears,
The nose and the mouth.
Extend your awareness.
Release the range of your seeing,
Hearing,
Smelling and tasting.
Become aware of your skin.
Feel this covering of your body and how it interacts with the air in your clothes.
Go deeper into your tissues.
See your blood system,
Your veins,
Arteries and capillaries and the heart that pumps round this red oxygenated life giving force into this network.
Breathe deeply and regularly,
Feeling these elements working together.
Feel the individual cells working together in concert,
Each one a centre of intelligence.
Descend on a deeper level to your nervous system.
Feel these subtle fibres of awareness and the channels in which they operate.
This two way network of information that joins all the parts of your body.
Now go deeper into your subtler bodies,
Through your thoughts,
Your emotions and into your energy body,
The force that you dream with.
Relax into this subtlety.
Relax into the energy body.
Call the energy body with your will.
You are a being of light,
An energy being.
Just feel the breath that links the seen and unseen elements of your awareness that makes perception possible.
Listen to my voice,
I will count down from nine to zero.
At each number we will descend a stair into a deeper sense of relaxation and awareness.
However deep we go,
We will maintain some consciousness.
The body may sleep but we will dream.
This power is innate in us and we intend that we will recall all of the information that we receive on this journey.
At each number just relax a little more.
Trust this process.
You feel safe,
Secure,
Comfortable,
Relaxed and empowered.
Allow yourself to dream.

Eight,
Seven,
Another stair,
Six,

You're relaxing more,

We go deeper,

The body is asleep yet perception remains,
One and zero.
We are dreaming together.
Just become aware of the light energy here.
Feel how light you are.
Feel your awareness separating from the physical.
Allow yourself to float half out of your body.
Feel how good it feels.
Now rise some more.
You are above your body,
Floating,
Dreaming.
Move up to the ceiling,
Through the ceiling and emerge above the building in which your body resides.
You become aware of your house below,
The area.
It recedes as we move up into the sky.
Feel yourself rising into the sky,
Leaving the buildings behind,
Leaving your thoughts and patterns behind.
You're free.
Exercise your freedom in this moment.
Open your wings,
You're safe.
They will support you.
Or fly without wings.
You have volition here.
You are empowered.
Let's come up to the fifth chakra called Vishuddha,
Also called the throat chakra,
The centre of communication.
Its colour is pale blue and it is associated with the element ether.
This symbol is the sixteen petalled lotus.
Imagine this lotus against the blue of the sky.
As with all centres,
It is not restricted to its prime centre,
The throat and neck.
In this case it also includes the jaw,
The ears,
The trachea and bronchial tubes and the upper lungs.
Breathe into this area and tune into sound,
Tune into hearing.
The qualities of this centre are communication,
An interchange of knowledge and experience,
Decision making and active self-expression.
Divine inspiration,
Higher wisdom,
Conveying of knowledge and independence.
Breathe into your visualisation and imbibe these qualities I have mentioned.
Resonate with openness and communication.
Imagine that you are lying on your back on the beach.
You are looking into a clear blue sky.
It reflects the blue sea.
You are totally relaxed.
You are wearing a necklace of turquoise and your throat chakra is opening.
You feel the free flow of energy there.
Breathe into the sixteen petalled lotus and feel this energy expanding,
Inhaling,
Opening the centre.
You stay in silence for a moment with your visualisation,
Enveloped in blueness.
The sixth chakra is called Ajna chakra or brow chakra,
Also called the third eye.
The vibratory colour is indigo.
It is related to all the senses and also to extrasensory perception.
Breathe up into this centre.
Its symbol is the ninety-six petalled lotus.
Its principle is the knowledge of being.
It is connected with the pituitary gland,
The face,
And all the senses and the central nervous system.
It is connected with thought,
Cognition,
Holistic thought,
Realisations of inner correlations,
Higher knowledge and intuition.
This resonate with this centre and these qualities.
Imagine yourself contemplating the rich tapestry of stars against the indigo colour of the night sky.
Allow yourself to travel.
Inhale deeply into this experience of the infinitude of stars that are the reflection of this infinite part of us.
This experience of being out in nature,
Perceiving the night sky,
Opens your mind to the boundless expanse of all manifestation,
In all its immensely varied forms of expression.
It gives you an idea of the subtle energies,
Structures and laws at work behind the visible planes of life,
As are represented by the dance of these celestial bodies in the infinity of space.
Resonate with all knowledge contained and expressed by the ninety-six petalled lotus.
See your centre open to everything.
Own your intuition,
The deep intelligence of the body.
Feel the fragrance of jasmine on the air.
Commune with this centre deeply.
Inhale and connect with your intuition and self-knowledge.
The seventh chakra is called Sahasrara,
Known as the crown chakra symbolised by the thousand petalled lotus.
See this beautiful mandala opening above your crown chakra and communicating with the other chakras outside the physical body.
This centre resonates with the colour of the mind.
The basic principle is the purest being.
Arise into this heavenly violet colour.
The centre is associated with the pineal gland deep in the brain.
This centre is about concentration on the essential,
The permeation of divine light throughout matter.
Resonating with this centre we find the disillusion of limits and devotion and openness with omnipresent being.
The crown chakra is the seat of the highest human perfection.
It glows in all the colours of the rainbow,
But the predominant colour is violet.
The outer chakra consists of a nine hundred and sixty petalled lotus and within is a second blossom that has twelve petals and shines with violet,
White and gold.
Just as all colours of the spectrum are united in colourless light,
So the highest chakra unites all the other chakras.
We are connected with all non-manifest forms and characteristics.
Here we experience unity with the divine principle.
Here all personal knowledge and intuition is succumbed to the divine.
We are no longer separate from the object of our perception.
Violet is the energy of meditation and devotion.
Enter into that boundless meditation of oneness.
See this lotus forming a divine crown above the head.
Experience yourself on top of a mountain.
Here you are far away from your earthly cares and considerations.
Here you can let go of your personal history.
See a crown of amethyst upon your head.
Experience the crown centre opening here on the mountain top.
Just breathe into this divine alignment.
Feel your crown centre radiating divine energy.
Vibrate with light and power.
Enter into a deep silence now and feel all the chakras and their qualities resonating together in divine accord.
Enter into silence.

We are going to return to awareness of the physical.
As I count from zero through nine,
At each number you'll become more bodily conscious.
Bring all these qualities of the open chakras with you into your physical reality.
Give thanks for this healing and activation of your chakras.

You become a little more conscious of your body and its three dimensionality.

You're becoming more awake.

You can feel your body.

You are completely awake.
Breathe deeply into your body.

You can stretch and come back to total bodily awareness.
