Morning Inspiration Meditation.
Find a comfortable position sitting or lying down.
Take a breath in and expand your whole body and being.
As you breathe out,
Allow your body to relax,
Release and let go.
Take another breath in and expand your whole body out in every direction.
Then relax,
Release and let go.
Feel how your breath feeds your body as you breathe in.
As you breathe out,
Allow your body to surrender and completely let go.
Bring your attention to this present moment.
Feel the power of how your body moves with this glorious dance of the breath.
In your heart,
Feel the following affirmations.
Repeat them and let the words flow through every cell of your body and being.
I am here now in this moment.
I embrace all the beauty within me.
I am open to all possibilities.
I choose to create each moment throughout the day with intention.
I choose to live fully.
I choose to create a wondrous day.
I embrace loving myself in all that I do.
I embrace loving others in all that they do.
I choose what feels aligned.
I follow my heart.
I allow myself to play throughout my day.
I accept and receive with open arms.
I believe in myself.
I am connected to a source of unlimited possibilities.
I allow the best to come.
I choose to live courageously.
I live my truth.
I allow myself to be me.
I live this day with gratitude and grace.
I choose positive thoughts.
I choose happiness.
I choose now.
I feel the abundance within the moment.
The gift within the now.
I step forth into my day with open arms.
