Hello everybody,

My name is Gail Joy and I'd like to welcome you into this little meditation of embracing joy within your body and being.

The first thing I'd like to bring to your attention is that we all have joy within us,

Deep within us.

The only thing that's stopping the joy is the shadows that are overlapping the joy,

That are covering up our joy.

So first of all know that you have abundance of joy within you.

Whatever is happening on the external world or the internal that you feel in that moment,

That there is joy underneath that.

The first thing that you have to do is just know that there is joy there,

To have faith that there is joy within you,

Deep within your body and being.

So take a moment right now to breathe into your body,

Letting go of the mind,

The thoughts,

The feelings that you have that are not joyful and go deep within.

So take a breath in and expand your whole body and being in every direction.

And as you breathe out just letting go of the physical body,

The tension that you may have in your body,

Letting it go now.

Take another breath in and expand your whole body and being and breathe out,

Letting go of any thoughts of concern or worries,

Just coming to this very present moment.

And gently stretch the corner of your mouth towards your ears.

This helps open the portal of your being,

Of the joy well that is deep within.

Even if you don't feel like smiling,

Gently stretch the corner of the mouth towards your ears.

Soften the face,

Soften the shoulders,

Soften the body.

Take another breath in,

Expand your whole body and being and as you breathe out,

Relax,

Let go.

Allow the sound to vibrate through your body,

Visualize it connecting to the center of your heart,

Your being,

Where the joy is within.

Go on a journey with the sound that I will be creating and see where it takes you.

Let go of the mind,

Just be present to the sounds and keep stretching the corner of your mouth towards your ears.

And enjoy.
