Hello everybody,

My name is Gayle Joy and I'd like to welcome you to this vibrational sound meditation of calming the busy mind.

So take a moment to find a comfortable position either sitting up or lying down.

With your next in-breath,

Expand your whole body and being in every direction.

And as you breathe out,

Relax,

Release,

Let go.

As you breathe in,

Again,

Expand your whole body and being in every direction.

And as you breathe out,

Relax,

Release,

Let go.

Let go of any physical tension within your body.

As you breathe in,

Focus on that area,

Expanding it in every direction.

And as you breathe out,

Relaxing and letting go.

Repeat this a couple of times with your in-breath for any tension within your body.

And as you breathe out,

Let go,

That's the magic.

If the mind is overactive and overthinking,

Come back to your breath,

Come back to your body.

Allow the vibrational sound to calm your nervous system,

To calm the mind,

To slow down the breathing.

Every time you hear the gong,

Become present to your breath and body.

Keep relaxing the body,

Relaxing your mind,

Using the breath to expand your body in every direction and as you breathe out,

Surrendering,

Letting go.

Let the vibrational sound create calmness around and through you.

Let it rest in your breath for 8 56 minutes.

Whether it is lying down or in the chair,

Feel your whole body relaxing,

And staying here for however long you like.
