The arrrrr is a powerful sound which vibrates and clears your heart area. We use this sound sometimes with a sigh. Join me in this introduction of how we can use the arrrr to help clear the heart. Hello everybody my name is Gayle Joy and I'd like to welcome you to this little short meditation of clearing the heart using the R sound.

Feel free to lie down,

Relax and sit in a comfortable position and either join me in the meditation or just receive the R sound and visualize it clearing into your heart and being.

Take a breath in and feel your whole body expand in every direction and as you breathe out feel your body and being release and let go.

Breathing in again expand in every direction and then release let go.

Open your mind's eye into the center of your heart.

Feel how does this area feel?

The front,

The back,

The sides,

Above and below.

All around the heart area,

The chest area.

Does it feel heavy?

Does some parts of it feel heavy?

Does it feel light and vibrant?

Just feel as you breathe out again just relaxing and surrendering.

So now I'm going to just do the heart sound which is the R.

Naturally we do this when we're letting go of something.

We would do a ah.

So we will be using the R sound to releasing any stagnant energy in our heart area.

Any energy that does not belong there.

We can use the R sound visualizing it radiating,

Illuminating and feeling the vibration within the center of your heart resonating out in every direction.

So either feel free to join me or just listen.

In either case feel the vibration connecting with your heart area.

Just calm yourself down a little bit.

Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Now bring your mind's eye to the centre of your heart area,

The chest,

The back,

The front,

The sides,

The below and above.

Feel how it feels more spacious.

More connected.

Your mind is more relaxed.

You're connected back into your body more.

Feel the effect of the Ah.

Very simple and so powerful.

Can be done any time of the day.
