My name is Gayle Joy and I would like to welcome you to surrendering and letting go of vibrational meditation.
So take a breath in and find a comfortable seating position or if you feel to lie down and take a breath in,
Expand your whole body and being and as you breathe out relax and let go.
Again breathing in expand your whole body and being in every direction and as you breathe out relax and let go.
And one more time breathing in expand your whole body and being in every direction and relax and let go.
Let go of anything that's happened during the day or during the night,
Any thoughts of the past or of the future just bring your attention to here now.
And if there's anything that you want to let go of and surrender to just to feel what's going on in your body and just allowing it to come up and then be released.
This is a beautiful meditation to release to surrender to let go.
And I'll be using the gong and when you hear that just remember to come back to your breath and being.
Allow the vibrational sound to surround you,
Embrace you within deep within your soul and around your energy and spiritual bodies.
