So taking a comfortable seated position or lying down position and take a breath in and expand your whole body and being.
And as you breathe out,
Relax and let go.
Let go of any tension in your body and any thoughts that do not belong.
Let go of the busyness,
The have to do list.
Bring yourself back to this moment.
Take a breath in,
Expand your whole body and being.
And as you breathe out,
Let go and relax.
Keep coming back to your breath.
Making your exhale long and slow.
And as you exhale,
Feel how the thoughts slow down and the body relaxes.
Allow the vibrational sound to penetrate around you and through you.
And feeling the slowing down occur.
