My name is Gayle Joy and I'd like to welcome you to the Vibrational Sound Meditation of Grounding.
So finding a comfortable sitting position,
Just allow the soles of your feet to gently rest on the floor or out in the garden on the earth.
Feel your spine straighten and visualize it's being pulled up through the crown of your head.
And as you breathe out,
Relax all the muscles in the face,
The shoulders,
The arms,
The chest,
The back.
Just allow it to sink down towards the floor.
At the same time your spine is being pulled up through the crown of your head,
Your chin is slightly tucked in.
Connect the soles of your feet,
Either on the floor or out on the grass or on the earth,
On a rock perhaps.
As you breathe in now,
Draw the energy of the earth up through the soles of your feet.
As you breathe out,
Draw the energy,
Visualize the energy moving from the crown of your head down through your body,
Through the soles of your feet,
Down into Mother Earth.
As you hear the sound of the drum and my voice,
Continue to allow energy to go down through the soles of the feet,
Down into Mother Earth.
Grounding you,
Creating a stability,
Creating a confidence in you,
Where you're standing strong,
Standing tall,
But grounded.
