
Letting Abundance Flow Meditation
Do you want money to flow more easily into your life? This is a powerful & simple meditation that will help you to release any resistance or strain you have around money so that it can flow more easily into your daily experience.

Hello and welcome.
In this meditation we're going to be focusing on the subject of money.
Now the subject of money often creates a lot of resistance or emotion or ideas,
Beliefs and so the goal of this meditation is to release these resistances to it and when we do that the subject of money becomes easier to deal with and also it allows money to flow much more easily into your experience.
So the first thing I want you to do is just take a moment to get yourself comfortable making sure your spine is long,
Shoulders are relaxed and just come to find or place your mind on your breath.
Resting the tip of the tongue on the top of the mouth and eventually allowing the eyelids to close.
Just noticing your breath as it moves through the nose and eventually you want to be able to see if you can get your breath to the point where it's just under being able to be heard.
So if you can hear your breath it's usually a sign that the mind is agitated in some way.
See if you can move slowly towards so this just becomes just underneath what you can hear.
So we can come back to that awareness.
Now just become a bit more aware of your body.
Your left leg,
Right leg,
The hips,
Groin,
Lower back,
Upper back,
Chest,
Solar plexus and the belly.
Now for this meditation I want you to pay particular attention to the solar plexus area,
The belly and the chest.
These areas are what I call the feeling center and this ability to feel in this area will enhance your meditation and will enhance your ability to release resistance towards money but also towards any subject in time.
Good.
So just become aware of your left shoulder and your left arm.
Right shoulder,
Right arm,
The front of the throat,
Back of the neck,
Left side of your face,
Right side of your face,
Top of your head,
Back of the head.
Good.
So again come back to your breath.
Notice if you can get it to that point just under being audible.
And if the mind wanders that's okay.
You just catch the mind,
Draw it back to breath.
It's important not to be hard on yourself if you find it difficult.
It's with a loving gentle smile that you catch your mind,
You catch your awareness somewhere else and you just give it a gentle loving smile and then bring it back.
And the more that you do this through your practice,
Through your time,
The easier it'll become,
The sooner you'll be able to catch your awareness and it will become natural eventually.
And you can do this even at any point of your day.
So now let's move into the subject of money and the first thing I want you to do is to allow it to run through your mind and allow it to run through your feeling body which is in the solar plexus.
So I'm going to ask you a few questions and as each question comes just allow the feeling to come up as well,
Whatever it is.
So the first question is what is something that you like about having lots of money?
Notice the feeling center,
The solar plexus,
The belly,
The chest,
How it responds to that,
How the mind throws images,
Maybe a very pleasant sensation,
A very pleasant image.
Whatever the feeling,
Notice if there's any attachment to this feeling.
Desire,
Lust,
Pride,
Seeking approval.
And if you notice any of those feelings in you,
Just see if you can let them go.
And the way that you can help this process of letting these feelings go is to become aware of the feeling center and with each breath out allowing that energy in your feeling center to slowly be released up and out through your breath.
So I want you to look at it as if the feeling is an energy and the energy is in your feeling center and energy wants to move.
So the tendency is to hold on to energy and therefore hold on to emotion or feeling and this as you may come to see yourself tends to create the blocks,
Resistances,
Confusion,
Fears,
Worries,
Basically causes all the afflictions and misery in the mind.
So what we're doing here is we are allowing the feeling,
The energy to be awakened and then allowing it to move through unhindered using a breath to slowly release.
It's like a balloon.
As you breathe in you can feel the energy in your feeling center and as you exhale you release some air from the balloon.
So again I'll ask the same question and notice any feeling.
What is it or what is something that you really like about having lots of money?
Feel it come up and then allow the breath to slowly release the energy through it.
The next question is what don't you like about having lots of money?
Now if it's difficult to go there then just make something up.
Use your imagination.
Sometimes people don't like having lots of money because it means they become anxious about how to spend it or they're afraid that people will treat them differently or they don't know how to manage it.
They have to pay more tax,
Afraid of losing it.
So these are some things to see if they are true for you.
Choose one.
Notice the feeling and then with your breath blow it up with it like a balloon and as you exhale start to release the energy up and out from the feeling center.
So keep releasing a little bit more.
Let that energy come up a little bit more up and out.
An energy of worry or anxiety releasing it a little bit more and a little bit more and a little bit more and a little bit more.
Good.
Now going back to the other side what is something that you really like about having lots of money?
Notice any feeling in the feeling center,
Any energy rise.
Notice if it has anything to do with seeking approval from others,
Acceptance,
Pride,
Greed,
Lust and whatever the feeling as you inhale feel the feeling up in your feeling center and as you exhale start to release and let go of that energy releasing a little bit at a time,
A little bit more,
A little bit more,
A little bit more,
A little bit more,
A little bit more,
And a little bit more.
Good.
So go over to the other side once again.
So one more round.
What is something that you don't like about having lots of money?
Choose whatever comes up first.
Notice it in the feeling center.
Allow it to be there.
Notice any images and as you breathe in feel that energy,
That feeling in the chest or the belly and as you exhale allow it to come up and be released like a balloon.
A little bit more.
Releasing it.
A little bit more.
A little bit more.
A little bit more.
A little bit more.
And some more.
And some more.
Good.
And one more time to the other side.
So what is it that you like about having lots of money?
Again,
Noticing any feeling that comes up.
And see if you can fill it with your inhale breath and you're feeling center and as you exhale start to release it let it go a little bit at a time.
A little bit more.
A little bit more.
A little bit more.
And a little bit more.
And some more.
And some more.
And some more.
Good.
So what we're doing here we are not stopping it from actually happening.
What we are doing is we're releasing the energetic attachment to the subject of money.
It's the attachments and the aversions which gets in the way.
Messes with our behavior,
Makes us worry,
Makes us anxious and basically when we are able to release and let go of those attachments then all the anxieties tend to calm down.
The mind tends to calm down around the subject and what happens then is that it's able to flow much more easily into your experience.
So I encourage you to continue this process.
You can repeat this meditation as many times as you like and just ask yourself a few more times what is it that I really like about having money and see if you can release that.
Find peace with the release and then go to this I what don't I like about having lots of money.
And again slowly relax and release that whatever comes up.
And to finish this meditation I'm going to stretch you a little bit with your comfort zone.
So I want you to pick a number in your mind that would feel good as an income.
Whatever number it feels like that would be a nice comfortable number to earn per annum.
So what would be a comfortable salary for you or a comfortable income for you per annum?
Come up with a number in your mind.
Notice how it feels in the feeling center.
If there's any resistance.
If there is just see if you can soften it a little bit with your breath.
And now whatever number you've chosen I want you to double it.
Double the amount that you've come up with that would be comfortable.
So now it's twice the number.
Put that image in your mind.
Visualize that in the bank.
And now notice the feeling in your feeling center.
You probably it's very likely you have a lot of resistance or uncomfortable feelings in the feeling center.
Doubts in the mind.
Confusion.
This is good.
So now notice whatever's there in your feeling center.
Find the strongest feeling of restriction,
Contraction.
Find your breath.
Breathe into the feeling center.
And as you exhale start to deflate using your breath to release the energy up and out a little bit more.
And a little bit more.
A little bit more.
And a little bit more.
Keep releasing the energy a little bit more.
And a little bit more.
Noticing any other area in your feeling center which is drawing your attention.
Any areas of tightness or contraction.
Put your awareness into this new area.
As you inhale,
Feel the area.
Make it a bit stronger and then as you exhale start to release the pressure like a balloon.
With each exhale releasing a little bit more.
A little bit more.
A little bit more.
And some more.
And some more.
And some more.
And a little bit more.
And now looking for another area in your feeling center which is now drawing your attention.
Move your awareness to this new area.
Feel the contraction.
Feel the constriction.
As you breathe in,
Feel it with energy.
Make it a little stronger and then as you exhale start to deflate that part of your feeling center.
With each exhale deflating a little bit more.
A little bit more.
And a little bit more.
And some more.
And some more.
And some more.
And some more.
And noticing more of a wider region in the feeling center.
Noticing any more resistance and see if you can.

.
It's kind of like a sweep so see if you can gather all the resistance that's left in the feeling center to having that twice or double the income.
Allow yourself to feel it.
As you inhale,
Feel it.
Make it a little stronger inside your feeling center.
Resistance,
Contraction,
Whatever it may be.
And with your exhale start to release,
Deflate the balloon a little bit more.
A little bit more.
A little bit more.
Keep releasing the stuck energy,
The resistant energy.
Using your breath,
Exhale a little bit more,
Releasing the resistance.
A little bit more.
A little bit more.
And a little bit more.
Good.
And you can stay here for as long as you like.
Just keep letting go of any resistance you find when you put that number through your mind.
You can even run the image of what your lifestyle would be with that amount of money.
And notice the resistance in yourself.
And again just apply this process of inflating it and then start to release the resistance using your breath,
Deflating it a little bit more.
And some more.
And some more.
You want to keep doing this until you come to a place within yourself,
Within your energy,
Within your mind where it doesn't feel like there's resistance,
Doesn't feel like there's anxiety.
It feels natural.
It feels easy.
It feels attainable.
It feels obvious.
So just keep releasing as much as you like so that things can flow more easily to you.
Energy can move more easily through you.
There's more ease,
There's more joy,
It's more fun.
It's a lot more fun to do it this way.
