If you wish,
Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor and close your eyes.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth and relax your body.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
Ask your mind to calm down.
Again,
Deep in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Again,
Deep in and set your intention.
I ask an intent to create a sacred space around me,
In which there is only the energy of Source and of my Higher Self.
I ask an intent to make and experience a powerful connection to Source and to let the energy love and consciousness of Source flow deeply through my body and integrate it in every cell.
Now imagine that the light and love from Source,
Like a beam of light,
Flows into your body.
Breathe in again through your nose and out through your mouth and while you bring your attention to your heart,
Keep breathing deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And now imagine that you are standing in your heart.
And from your heart you look at your mind,
You look at your brain and observe your thoughts.
You can see or imagine them as a stream,
As a movement of electricity.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and now ask your mind to calm down.
Just watch those impulses that you feel and see coming up from a distance and let them flow away from you.
With the music you ask the sound to dissolve the electrical impulses.
Inhale and exhale thoughts and with the breathing those impulses dissolve.
Those electric movements float away.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale thoughts.
Stay in your heart and ask your brain to calm down.
And you can use the music to imagine the soothing effect of the sound.
Coming into the center of your brain and creating a tone there.
Bring in a quieting frequency.
And that quiet frequency absorbs and neutralizes the need for thinking.
Breathe deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
Breathe deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And now you can help yourself by imagining your brain turning into a diamond.
Very bright,
Very pure,
Very clean.
That diamond is very quiet.
In the center of your brain,
Where your pineal gland is located,
Ask to receive a pure bright light,
A very concentrated light as a diamond,
A pure source light.
Now ask this diamond center in your brain to enhance the silence of your thinking.
Ask this light in the middle of your brain to fill your whole brain.
Now bring your attention from your heart to the center of your brain.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and imagine standing in the center of your brain in this point of silence,
Purely silent.
There is only space around you,
Pure diamond space.
And now imagine a beam of light coming from above,
As it were a sunbeam from the heart of the universe,
All the way coming to you from Source.
Pure,
White,
Silver light.
It comes to the center where you are in your brain.
Set your intention.
I ask and intend that the energy of the mind of Source now flows into my brain and support me,
Completely silence my mind and attune my human consciousness to my universal consciousness.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now ask this light from Source to fill your complete brain.
And now let this silver diamond light flow out of your brain,
Flow through your spinal cord and your back and now it converts to all nerve cells in your body.
Every nerve cell now fills with the diamond light.
Your entire body becomes completely silent.
But keep breathing,
Pure silence,
Pure light,
Pure connectedness,
Pure love.
Take a deep breath in and set your intent.
I ask and intend to develop more and more mastery over the silencing of my mind and thus open me to my higher consciousness.
And so it is.
Now ask your entire body to be completely still and anchored.
Breathe deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
Bring your attention to your heart.
Anchor your energy through your belly,
Legs,
Feet and through your feet deep in the heart of the earth.
And when you're done,
Open your eyes.
Take your time to reflect on your experiences.
Take some notes if necessary.
And if possible repeat the meditation one or more times.
