If you wish,
Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor and close your eyes.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth and relax your body.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And ask your thoughts to quiet down.
And again,
Deep breath in through the nose and out through your mouth.
And bring your attention to your heart.
Let's set our intention.
I ask an intent to make a loving connection to Source and allow the light and love of Source to flow through my body.
I ask an intent to create a sacred space strong and pure around me.
Only the energy of my higher self and Source is in my sacred space.
I ask an intent to raise my vibration to a thousand hertz.
My intention for now is to experience in a completely new way the multidimensional consciousness and life of the new earth and so deeply feel the energy of Source in the earth.
And so it is.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
And bring your attention back to your heart.
Imagine standing on a hill in the early morning.
The first rays of the sunlight are slowly coming across the horizon.
Ask to feel how the light of the sun is like a ray of the universal Source shining on the earth.
The love of Source shining through the sun on the earth.
With life energy.
Beauty.
And feel earth's gratitude and love for the sun.
And give the earth and the sun your love and gratitude.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now ask to walk through a forest,
Vibrating with the new earth energy.
Ask to feel how it radiates with the silver light of the new Source DNA for earth.
Ask to see the silver Source light flowing through the trees,
The birds and everything around you.
Ask to feel how the wind brings an infinite freshness.
Everything is connected to everything.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now ask to feel the energy of the new earth beneath your feet in the ground.
Ask to stand in a large cave in the earth.
Ask to experience how the entire earth is infused with the new earth DNA.
Every atom,
Molecule and particle is breathing the divine DNA of the new earth.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now ask to stand on a beautiful beach and look far out over the sea.
Feel how the silver light of Source radiates into the sea.
Breathe in the freshness and space.
And ask to feel how all life in the sea is irradiated by the love of Source.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now ask to stand high above the earth on a huge platform of living light.
You see the earth and the new earth grid around the earth.
Living light.
Communication.
Light beings come and go joyfully through the light channels of the earth.
Cosmic information flows to the earth through these channels of communication.
Earth is included in the cosmic cycles of time.
Give your love and gratitude to the earth.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feel how the earth gives her love to all life.
And give the earth your love and gratitude.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
And set your intention.
I ask and intend to experience a deep loving connection with the earth.
My earthly experiences and feel part of the beautiful creation on the earth.
I ask and intend to contribute through my life as a human being on earth to the love and gratitude for life on earth and for all that lives.
Now formulate your own intentions.
And so it is.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth and from your heart anchor your energy through your belly,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Deep into the earth.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Take your time to reflect about your experiences.
Make some notes if necessary.
And repeat the meditation one or more times if possible.
