Hello beautiful soul,

I'm Fabi and today I'm going to guide you in a meditation on Santosha.

Santosha means contentment,

To be happy and grateful for what you are and what you have.

So I invite you to find any comfortable sitting position wherever you are,

Maybe sit on a block or on a cushion,

You can have a blanket with you.

And gently do your Chi Mudra or Dhyana Mudra,

Means put your thumb close to your second fingers and allow your hands to gently rest on your knee.

When you feel ready you can close your eyes and just become aware of your breath in this moment.

Notice the gentle movement of your belly and chest every time that you breathe in and every time that you breathe out.

Just observe your breath,

All incoming breath,

Outcoming breath.

Try to soften your eyes,

Your eyebrow,

Your eyebrow center,

Your forehead.

Rest the tongue in your mouth.

Notice if you can relax your shoulder one percent or more.

With every exhalation,

Just bringing your awareness to your physical body.

Notice your legs grounding into the floor.

Acknowledge your legs to bring you everywhere.

Send to your legs some gratitude to support you in every step of your journey.

Notice your feet and all your toes.

Acknowledge all the steps that you have taken that bring you here and now.

Send some gratitude to any single step that you have been taking since now.

Maybe you can recall your first,

First ever step of your life.

Your feet were there to support you.

Just send some appreciation,

Not only for the steps in the space,

But in time,

In your inner journey,

In your spiritual journey.

Notice all the time that you run towards something,

To achieve maybe some goal of what you want.

Maybe sometimes you have done too much steps,

Too much fatigue,

Push you to the limit for something that did you really want it,

Was just your ego.

Just become aware of your journey that you do every single day with every single step.

Maybe sometimes you just need to enjoy,

Enjoy this journey.

Enjoy any single little step.

It's okay to have dreams,

Goals,

But don't have rush to achieve them.

Send some contentment,

Be happy for whatever you have achieved since now.

Notice yourself infused of gratitude and appreciation.

Generally,

We always want more and more,

But why we don't look for what we are,

What we have right now?

Maybe you realize that everything that is already here is everything that you need,

So you don't have to run.

You can simply enjoy any little step.

You can simply enjoy any simple breath.

Becoming present and aware of everything that you have here and now.

Infuse every moment with gratitude and appreciation.

Notice the beating of your heart expanding.

Notice the sensation of contentment infuse your chest.

And invite happiness,

Joy of the present moment.

Just allow yourself to step into the pure and most authentic part of yourself.

Radiating of happiness and joy.

This journey with no destination,

But made of step of awareness,

Step of joys,

Step of bliss.

When you feel ready,

Just put your hands in angelic mood,

Close to your heart.

We are going to chant three times OM.

And we are going to send the vibration of the primordial sound to all the part of ourself.

Infusing ourself with gratitude and appreciation.

Very gently grabbing your hands,

Generating heat from your hands.

Put this heat and your hands on top of your eyes.

Massaging your eyes with your hands.

Open your eyes inside.

And return here.

ARIYOMO.

Namaste.
