Hello there and welcome to this astral projection recording.
Tonight I'll be leading you through the process of leaving your body and exploring the astral realm.
First then,
Let us set the scene.
Find a quiet and comfortable spot where you can relax without distractions.
Your bedroom is ideal,
On your bed,
Lights out,
But equally you could lie on your couch in the living room,
Or in a reclining chair in your office.
Wherever you think is going to be the most comfortable and quiet spot is where you should go.
So I'll now give you a moment to do exactly that,
And when my voice returns shortly,
The session will begin.
Tonight we'll be experimenting with an astral projection technique rooted in the virtue of humility.
By giving ourselves over in this way,
In submission,
We can foster a receptivity to spiritual guidance,
We can balance the ego,
And we can create a sacred space for connection to the divine.
And so start by humbling your mind to the experience to come,
Do not approach it with lofty grand thoughts,
Instead ask for help,
Ask for guidance,
Knowing all the while that it's God that allows or doesn't allow an astral projection experience to unfold.
And so sit with this request,
At the forefront of your mind now,
And my voice will return soon.
Now let's continue by stilling the mind further,
By wresting control from the ego,
And giving the wheel over to what is higher.
Give yourself over,
In earnest,
And humility.
And now take a slow deep breath in,
And then whilst breathing out say in your mind,
I trust in your divine guidance.
And repeat,
Take a slow deep breath in,
And then breathing out say in your mind,
I trust in your divine guidance.
And again,
Take a slow deep breath in,
And then breathing out say in your mind,
I trust in your divine guidance.
Keep on doing this now,
On your own,
And my voice will return,
Shortly.
Now you're beginning to feel truly relaxed,
Any lofty thoughts you had going into this experience have been subdued.
You approach the experience now in humility,
Knowing how little you understand of it,
And you approach the experience,
Receptive to whatever God wishes to bestow upon you tonight.
And so,
Truly,
Invoke the divine presence now,
And continue expressing your humility and surrender to this power in whatever way you see fit,
Acknowledging your limitations,
And seeking guidance and protection for your astral journey ahead.

What follows now is an act of mental prostration.
Imagine yourself within your mind's eye,
Worshipping before the divine,
Either kneeling and bowing your head to the ground,
Or lying flat out,
Hands to the ground.
Just imagine it,
Don't actually do it.
Or perhaps you even imagine the almighty God in human form,
And you're sitting at his feet,
Asking for his blessings,
Asking for his guidance.
Continue adding to this vision now,
And soon my voice will return.
Let this vision continue developing now,
Allowing it to evolve into something more.
Visualize the divine presence beginning to grow,
Beginning to envelop you.
See a radiant light filling the space,
Feel its warmth and love washing over you,
Providing a sense of security and peace,
Bathing in the glory,
Bathing in the sublime almighty power of the Godhead,
And knowing that he will lead you right on the journey to come tonight.
Trust him,
Love him,
And humble yourself in his presence.
Soon my voice will return.
Now let's begin to set a clear intent,
What we hope to experience tonight during our astral projection,
All the while acknowledging that,
Ultimately,
The experience is out of our control,
Somewhat at least.
But you see,
This is our petition,
This is our request.
And so,
Clearly state your intention for the astral projection experience ahead now.
Focus on positive and constructive goals,
Such as seeking wisdom,
Spiritual growth,
Or guidance in a particular aspect of your life.
Set the intent clearly,
And send it off like a message in a bottle,
Floating along the serene waters of the Godhead,
And ask humbly that he will receive it.
My voice will return shortly.
As the session continues,
Your mind now reaches a deep state of relaxation,
As does your body,
And gradually it deepens even further.
The visualizations have calmed you,
The humbling,
The giving over,
The submission,
Has relaxed you.
You've let go of any tension or resistance,
Allowing yourself to become increasingly receptive to this unfolding experience.
And,
As my voice leaves again for a moment,
The process simply continues,
Stacking,
Building,
Growing,
And when my voice returns,
You'll be ready to begin leaving the body proper.
Now the transition begins,
The transition to the astral realm initiates.
With humility and trust in the divine process,
Visualize yourself leaving your physical body,
Peeling away,
And lifting up,
Up and out.
The vision merely simmers at first,
But the more you focus on it,
The more you see,
And then,
The more you feel,
Truly feel.
And when my voice returns shortly,
You'll be right on the edge of separating.
You are now leaving the body and entering the astral realm.
Feel yourself penetrating the veil and crossing over to the other side,
Leaving the physical realm behind,
Leaving the physical realm behind.
You are now astral projecting.
Please remain open to whatever experiences or insights come your way.
Trust in the divine guidance you invoked earlier,
And allow yourself to explore and learn from the journey.
God has a plan for you tonight,
Truly.
For now then,
I'll bid you farewell,
As you no longer need my guidance.
You are off and away.
To the people that didn't separate this time,
Don't be disheartened.
Just let yourself fall asleep now,
And come back to our channel another time,
And try again.
Keep on persevering,
And eventually,
You will find success.
