The goal of lucid dream chaining is to have multiple lucid dreams, one after the other by re-entering the dream after you have woken up. Much like a Wake-Induced Lucid Dream, you can set your alarm for about 5 hours from now and then set another alarm for 30 minutes after that and then another alarm for 30 minutes after. In the future, you can experiment with the amount of time and the space in between the alarms.

Welcome to this guided lucid dreaming practice where you will learn how to start chaining dreams in order to increase your lucid adventures.

The goal of lucid dream chaining is to have multiple lucid dreams one after the other by re-entering the dream after you have woken up.

Much like a wake induced lucid dream,

You can set your alarm for about 5 hours from now and then set another alarm for 30 minutes after that and then another alarm for 30 minutes after.

In the future you can experiment with the amount of time and space in between the alarms.

It is something you will have to tweak on your own until you find the ideal amount of time and space between your lucid dreams that works for you.

Some of you may not need an alarm at all if you already know you wake up multiple times in the early morning hours.

You may also try this in the day during your nap.

If you are doing this during your nap time,

You might want to make the time in between the alarms a bit shorter and allocate a couple of hours or more to the practice.

Please keep in mind that when you wake up from the alarms,

Try not to move too much and focus on the last dream you had in order to re-enter the dream in lucidity.

The goal is to fall asleep as quick as possible between the dreams.

First I will guide you through a relaxation followed by the technique that will help you re-enter your lucid dream.

Find a comfortable position laying down on your bed.

Keeping your head still,

Just using your eyes,

I would like you to take a look at your surroundings.

It is a familiar space.

Now close your eyes,

Focusing on your breath.

Now gently open your eyes once again.

Focus on any element within the room.

Observe it for a few seconds.

Now close your eyes once again.

Your eyes are feeling nice and heavy and focus on your breath.

Slowly open your eyes and gaze over the familiarity of your room or anything that may catch your attention.

Now we will close our eyes and keep them closed for the remainder of the meditation.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Exhaling any tension stored in your body.

Take another healing deep breath in and exhale any stress accumulated throughout the day.

This moment is for you and you deserve to be relaxed.

Let your body and mind rest.

There is nothing you have to do but listen to the sound of my voice as I guide you into this lucid dream journey.

A wave of relaxation is now entering through your feet,

Ankles,

Calves,

Knees and thighs.

Your legs are now feeling heavier and heavier.

The feeling moves toward your upper body,

Pelvic area,

Hips,

Abdomen,

Chest,

All the way to your shoulders and down into your upper arms,

Elbows,

Wrists,

Hands and fingers,

Making them feel heavier and heavier.

This wave of relaxation is now moving toward your neck,

Jaw,

Chin,

Nose and eyes,

Letting go of any tension stored in the muscles of your face.

This relaxation moves up toward your forehead and envelops your head.

It feels good to just let go and allow the body to rest.

I would like you to focus on what you see behind closed eyelids.

Try to find the depth within the darkness.

Notice that there are shapes and colors forming all around.

It might be very subtle at first,

But just let go and allow your gaze to travel through all the visuals,

Allowing your imagination to play and anything to form as you relax and let go.

And as your body becomes sleepy,

Your mind is still focused and awake.

Bring into your memory a lucid dream that you would like to reenter.

Remember what you felt,

What you saw.

Tune into your senses.

Feel yourself there.

That did it for today.

Now set your intention to enter this lucid dream.

As you feel your sleeping body on the bed,

And your awareness behind closed eyes,

You're beginning to feel very sleepy.

And so before you fall asleep completely,

Imagine you begin to spin slowly.

It's a very slight spin.

Allow the movement of awareness to happen.

I am going to count from 10 to 1.

And with each number you will begin to spin faster and faster until you have entered the lucid dream you were just envisioning.

Feeling light and relaxed,

Enjoying the journey.

Feeling peaceful and calm as you begin to spin slowly.

Knowing that this is for your highest good.

Bring your mind to trust and relax as the spinning increases.

Letting go and enjoying yourself.

Looking forward to re-entering your lucid dream.

Feeling joy and relaxation.

You are spinning faster and faster and yet it feels so smooth.

Two.

You are completely relaxed as the spinning continues.

Three.

Suddenly you begin to notice the dream's scene envelop your awareness completely.

You are now entering your lucid dream.

You are now in the dream.

As you find yourself within this dream,

Begin to observe everything around you.

Engage your senses.

You are moving through the dream.

Where do you find yourself?

What surrounds you?

Allow the imagery to unfold in front of your eyes.

And enjoy every second of it.

What do you see?

Maybe someone is watching you.

What do you feel?

What do you feel?

What do you smell?

What do you feel?
