Hello,

I'm Rhys Jones and welcome to this Lucid Dream incubation recording.

What follows is a lucid dreaming story,

Influenced by one of my own lucid dreams.

It can either be listened to for fun or with the intent to sow seeds for a lucid dream later on in the night.

If you're listening just for fun,

Then you are,

Of course,

Free to put this on at any time during the day or night.

However,

If you decide to listen with the intent to incubate a lucid dream,

Then we recommend listening to it either just before getting into bed or whilst falling to sleep.

So I'll now give you a moment to decide how you want to proceed.

If you decide to put this on whilst you're falling to sleep,

Then use this time to prepare for that.

Turn off your lights,

Draw your curtains,

Get into bed,

And do whatever else you need in order to feel fully settled.

And when my voice returns in a minute or two,

The lucid dream incubation will begin.

You come to in a wide,

Open space,

Vast in volume but empty.

Hello,

You shout into the void,

Your voice sounding strange and somehow distant.

Where am I?

You wonder,

Lucidity already simmering.

You take one tentative step forward and your surroundings glitch in tandem with the step.

You're somewhere else.

A voice resonates behind you.

You spin around to try and get a lock on the voice's source but fail.

It seems to have come from the fabric of the dream itself.

You take another tentative step forward and now the empty space begins to populate.

You dream when you come back,

But when it You now find yourself in a lively scene on a beautiful African savanna.

A setting sun,

Golden light dancing on the horizon,

An oasis just ahead,

And a selection of animals grazing around it.

Lucidity once again comes knocking on your door.

What on earth is that animal?

You think.

Eyes locking with a two-trunked elephant-giraffe hybrid.

Your mind flares up,

Desperately sorting through its mammary banks for possible explanations.

But comes up short.

There is a more obvious answer,

You think,

Giving in to the inevitable.

I'm dreaming.

Now lucid,

You draw upon the memories of what you wanted to do in your next lucid dream.

At first,

You hit a brick wall,

But after taking a few deep breaths in and out,

You collect yourself,

And the waking life memory of sitting at a table,

Writing out a list of lucid dreaming goals returns to you.

Ah yes,

That's right,

I wanted to experiment with interdimensional travel,

You think,

Galvanised.

You look around,

Deciding on exactly how you want to manifest this wish.

You're inside your own mind,

Of course,

So technically you can manipulate it in any way you see fit,

But still,

There are some tried and true methods that you rely on.

And so,

When you see a huge building off in the distance,

You head towards it,

With the You arrive at the entrance of the building,

The scene still stable.

Inside I'll find my interdimensional portal,

You say with conviction,

Swinging the doors wide open and stepping through.

You're greeted by a long corridor,

With dozens of doors leading off to other rooms.

Each one is numbered.

You immediately swing open door number one and find an empty room.

You head back out to the corridor,

Walk a little further along,

And try again with door number nine.

Another empty room.

Come now,

You can do this,

You say to yourself to refocus your intent.

Once again,

You turn back around,

Walk up the corridor,

And this time,

When opening door number 22,

You finally find what you're looking for.

Your interdimensional portal.

Eternal.

You You You The portal is wild looking blue and purple and dazzling The outer rim is circular and metallic the inside for wildering with Eyes wide you reach a finger towards it and softly touch the surface In response it sparks and sizzles and the colors cycle from blue and purple to red and white Then back to blue and purple again For a moment you feel hesitant to enter But quickly shake yourself out of any doubt Remember I'm just dreaming you think growing confident One two three you jump through You You You You Going through the portal feels strange Hard to put into words,

But vaguely reminiscent of passing through a waterfall,

Just without the wetness.

On the other side you land with a thud on a stone block,

Lightning chasing you through,

Lashing at your skin with a fizz and a pop.

It doesn't hurt though,

It tickles but there's no pain.

You're squatting down and feel a little disorientated.

This new place feels different.

You place a hand down on the stone block to balance yourself before pushing up to your feet and looking around.

As you do,

Any sense of a body dissipates.

You become one with the space around you.

This is a new experience for you.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

Your life is a journey.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

You're in the middle of a new adventure.

It was your wish to enter an entirely new space.

To quite literally shift dimension.

And now that you're here,

It truly feels like you've achieved this.

Remember I'm dreaming,

You say as you catch your mind wandering into forgetfulness.

Remember you're dreaming,

Says a reflection of you zooming by from right to left,

Gone in a flash.

The air around you is blue and pulsating.

Time seems to have stopped,

No,

Slowed.

And your entire being seems to have meshed with the world around you.

What now,

You wonder?

You feel compelled to explore but quickly discover that moving isn't what it used to be.

So instead,

You direct your thoughts forward,

Propelled by the motion of consciousness alone.

It's difficult at first,

But after a minute or two,

You grow used to it.

You feel compelled to explore but quickly discover that moving isn't what it used to be.

It's difficult at first,

But after a minute or two,

You grow used to it.

It's difficult at first,

But after a minute or two,

You grow used to it.

You You You You move through a sea of thought forms Nothing solid,

Nothing certain,

All influx You sense others around you but don't see them You hear voices,

But they're not defined You veer from right to left and back around again and through There's something peaceful about the turbulence of this stream And so you ride it around and along and back once more You feel like a bird but not really And you ride like this for what feels like forever Losing all sense of time Flying without air,

Traveling without space This is where you came from,

You eventually realize No,

This place is where you are Where you've always been In fact,

As you wrestle with this unfolding thought Challenging and unyielding,

Giving yourself over to the knowledge that lies within it You finally accept You never left This is home You You You You You You If you listened to this lucid dreaming story just for fun,

I hope you enjoyed it And if you listened for induction purposes,

Then I hope this parting message now finds you relaxed and drifting Your lucid dreaming seeds have been sown Your mind has been primed And you are ready for sleep And so with that I draw this session to a close Remember you are a lucid dreamer Remember you are a lucid dreamer.

Happy dreaming You You You You You You You You You You
