Welcome to this higher self guided meditation where you will connect with the powerful energy that lies within you.

Your higher self is the part of you that is connected to infinity and contains your original blueprint for your highest potential in this life.

Forming a connection with your higher self can produce many positive changes in your life.

You will have access to your inner wisdom and receive key pieces of intuitive knowledge when you need it most.

Having a relationship with your higher self will unleash your most creative and productive self helping you to move forward in life and fulfilling your dreams.

It is like having a compass toward your authenticity at all times.

Your higher self knows your true hearts desires and wants nothing more than to see you flourish and radiate in wholeness.

Embodying your higher self will change your vibration and thus change the world around you to reflect your spiritual growth.

First I will guide you through a cleansing and clearing relaxation in preparation for the higher self meditation.

Lie down.

Make yourself nice and comfortable.

Imagine you are in the middle of a sphere of light.

You may view it as a perfect circle or oval.

You are at the center surrounded by a white iridescent sparkling light.

You can see all the colors of the rainbow amidst the white brilliant light.

Take a deep breath inhaling this wonderful healing light.

Imagine exhaling all the tension and negativity.

Can visualize the exhale as a darker color that then gets released into the light,

Dissolved and transformed into more radiance.

You realize this is the light from the highest depth of your being.

Keep inhaling light and exhaling everything you no longer need.

Let it go and exhale.

Now find the natural rhythm of your breath until all is light.

Let the iridescent energy enter through your breath and take over all the muscles,

Nerves,

Cells and atoms of your body.

You can feel this warm healing energy wash over your scalp and temples,

Releasing all tension from the muscles around your head,

Moving through all the muscles,

Clearing and cleansing any blocks or stuck energy,

The energy moving over your forehead and third eye.

Your third eye feels sparkling clear as the energy travels through your eyes,

Relaxing and rejuvenating all the muscles around your eyes.

It feels so good to relax and let go,

Allowing the energy to fill your cheekbones,

Nose,

Mouth and jaw,

Clearing and cleansing your entire face and relaxing all the muscles that you used during the day,

Rejuvenating your face.

Letting go and enjoying the calming feeling.

This warm and healing light is now traveling down your throat,

Relaxing all the muscles,

Rejuvenating all the cells,

Recalibrating your voice and energy so that you can communicate your truth in a clear and focused way that is aligned with your authentic self.

The light swirls into your shoulders and upper arms,

Relaxing all the muscles big and small,

Traveling down your arms,

Elbows,

Wrists,

Hands and fingers,

Leaving your arms feeling loose and limp,

So relaxed,

So divine.

The brilliant iridescent light washes down your chest,

Activating your heart's wisdom.

You feel a nice tingling sensation and know that this is healing any heartaches and pain that you hold in your heart space.

You feel cleansed and rejuvenated.

The energy moves into your abdomen,

Relaxing all the muscles and releasing any tension stored.

Everything is set free and you let go.

There is no need to hold onto anything that doesn't serve you.

You allow relaxation to wash over your entire stomach.

The iridescent divine light begins to flow into your pelvic area,

Buttocks muscles,

And you feel so relaxed,

Allowing the light to clear any karmic connections that you hold in that space,

Like strands that begin snapping off and floating away into the brightness of the light.

They dissolve and you relax and let go.

The sparkling light travels down to your upper thighs,

Down to your knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

All the way to your feet and toes,

Relaxing all the muscles big and small.

You feel cleansed and refreshed,

Replenished and rejuvenated,

Relaxed and at peace.

Now you are ready to connect with your higher self.

When you are at the door of a temple or mansion,

You notice a massive two-door entrance that has an ancient golden knocker.

The knocker has the face of a lion.

You grab it and knock once.

The sound resonates all around,

Rippling into the nature surrounding you.

The doors magically open and you feel a warm and inviting energy all around.

You step in,

Feeling comfortable and curious.

What a glorious space it is.

Take a look around and notice any interesting artifacts,

Art or furniture.

You notice right in front,

Across the room,

Is a glass elevator.

The glass is glowing,

Iridescent and clear.

You feel naturally drawn to it as you come closer,

The doors silently slide open.

You step inside.

You feel safe and the air feels fresh and wonderful.

The very expansive feeling washes over you.

There is only one button on the elevator,

One glowing,

Iridescent button.

It says,

Higher self.

You smile and decide to press it as the elevator smoothly goes up.

I will count from 1 to 10 and when I reach 10,

You will have arrived to your destination,

Feeling completely relaxed.

Feeling light and relaxed,

Enjoying the journey.

Feeling peaceful and calm.

3.

Knowing that this is for your highest good.

4.

Allowing your mind to trust and relax.

5.

Letting go and enjoying yourself.

Looking forward to the wonderful meeting as you go higher and higher.

Outside of the mansion and into space.

Feeling joy and relaxation.

You are ready to relax and enjoy this connection.

What a beautiful journey.

And 10.

You are now completely relaxed.

The glass doors slide open and you find yourself in a white circular dome room.

It is big and bright.

The windows are all around the dome and you can see that you are in the middle of the most cosmic surroundings.

Space like you've never seen it before.

So much color and radiance.

You step out into the room and notice it has minimal decoration.

For the most part it's quite empty.

You notice a figure standing in the middle of the room.

You walk right up to this radiant figure.

Who is wearing white.

It is you.

A different version of you,

Looking confident,

Radiant and abundant.

You feel good as you come to the center and greet your higher self.

You both sit on chairs opposite one another and enjoy gazing into one another's eyes.

It's been a long time since you've been able to be in the presence of your higher self consciously.

And you have so much you want to share.

But find that this wonderful being knows everything,

Absolutely everything you've been going through.

Your whole life.

You see compassion and unconditional love pouring from these cosmic eyes.

And you feel healed.

You ask,

What can I let go of in order to make room for my highest potential?

Listen.

Everyone,

You are Trans Updating Now ask,

What can I integrate to reinforce and strengthen this future that I'm trying to manifest?

Listen,

It can be words or a feeling or an inner knowing.

You can now connect,

Speak,

Ask,

Listen or just be in this energy for a while.

It is now time to go and both you and your higher self rise from your chairs,

Standing face to face.

You notice this wondrous being begin to glow more and more.

So much that there is no longer a form but a sphere of light right in front of you.

It begins to transform into a smaller sphere the size of your palm.

The iridescent,

Sparkling energy inside this sphere is just beautiful.

You realize it was your higher self that cleansed you earlier during the relaxation and you're filled with gratitude.

The sphere is now close to your face and you instinctively inhale the energy and light into your whole body,

Into your soul.

It smoothly and completely enters your whole entire being and you feel at one with your higher self.

You now know that you are carrying this wisdom within always and you can tap into this divine energy at any point in your life.

You have a deep inner knowing that everything is going to be okay and you are now aligned with your most authentic self.

You now have the strength,

Love and compassion to make the right decisions for your highest good and the good of the universe.

You feel unconditional self love spreading through every fiber of your being and you can sense how your whole life has shifted in this one moment.

You feel guided and safe.

You feel healed and rejuvenated.

You know you are able to manifest the reality that you desire deeply.

You are one with the universal abundance.

Your spirit is basking in the joy of your realization.

The whole place seems to be glowing all around as you begin to awaken from this meditation.

Slowly begin to feel your body,

Sense the room around you,

Feel the bed beneath you and wiggle your fingers and toes.

Find your breath and when you are ready,

Open your eyes or if you would like,

You may fall into a deep and restful sleep.

Wow amazing was strange when I went in higher self count down like I spinning and my eyes going backwards. Like was being speed up. After that it calmed down. Feel lot better then I was thank you for meditating. I went really deep. Definitely recommend this one.
