Hello there,

And welcome to another astral projection recording,

Where I'll be guiding you through the process of separating from your physical body,

And venturing to another place.

This recording should be listened to,

Preferably,

As you're falling to sleep,

But of course you're free to listen to it,

In whatever way you see fit,

Simply for fun,

Or perhaps for instructional purposes during the day.

As we proceed,

However,

I'll assume that the first situation is playing out,

That you're listening to this in a comfortable environment,

With your eyes closed,

With the lights off,

And with the curtains drawn,

Either in your bedroom,

Or in your front room,

Or wherever you think will work best.

And it's here,

That I assume,

Your physical body will stay,

For the duration of this recording,

In a quiet space,

In a peaceful place,

Where my voice will guide you out of your physical body,

And into the astral plane at large.

And so,

Now,

I'll give you a moment to ready yourself,

To ready yourself for the adventure ahead.

I'll give you a moment to find the perfect spot,

And settle into it.

And then,

In a moment,

My voice will return,

And the session will begin.

Tonight we'll be using the Waterfall Technique.

This technique will involve relaxation,

Visualization,

And the power of both to wash your astral body loose.

This will start as mere vision,

And eventually,

Become reality.

And so,

We'll begin where all good things begin,

By relaxing our body,

And in turn,

Relaxing our mind.

We'll do this with the aid of something called progressive muscle relaxation.

This is where we consciously tense and release each set of muscles,

One after another,

Starting at our feet,

And ultimately,

Ending at our head.

Tensing then releasing,

Tensing then releasing,

Tensing then releasing.

By doing this,

We bring real focus to the process,

Real contrast between the two states,

The state of tension and the state of relaxation.

So then,

We'll begin at the feet.

Tense them now,

And hold the tension for a while.

Then release,

And do it again.

Tense and hold,

Then release,

And do it again.

Tense and hold,

Then release,

And now move on to your legs.

Try focusing on a specific part of the legs,

Like the calf muscles,

Then rinse repeat.

Tense the muscles,

Hold it,

Then release.

Do this on your own for a while now,

And shortly,

My voice will return.

Okay,

Great,

You get the idea.

Tensing each set of muscles,

One after another,

Holding the tension there for a moment,

Really feeling into it,

And then releasing.

As you release,

Immerse yourself in it,

Relish the feeling,

Then rinse repeat.

Whatever place you're at in the body now,

Just continue,

Moving on to the next set of muscles in your own time,

And soon,

My voice will return.

And now,

We're getting close to the end of this process.

Wherever you find yourself now,

Move on to the next set of muscles,

Continuing to work towards your final destination of the head,

And when my voice returns shortly,

You'll be done.

The final muscles will have been tensed,

Then released,

And you'll be lying there,

Immersed in the feeling of relaxation,

Ready to move on to the visualization stage of this process.

I look forward to continuing with you,

In just a moment.

And now,

The visualization part of this exercise begins.

Remember I said this technique was called the waterfall technique?

Well,

Now is when I want you to start picturing the waterfall inside your mind's eye.

See the awesome flow of water materializing before you,

Falling down from a high rocky cliff,

Into a soft,

Serene pool below.

And imagine yourself floating at the base,

Floating under the beautiful,

Powerful waterfall.

The water you're floating in is warm and safe,

Not a harsh force,

But a gentle one,

Like liquid silk propping you up,

Gliding you along,

Gently and lovingly.

Keep on developing this vision now,

And when my voice returns shortly,

It will be fully fledged.

Now,

Let's imagine ourselves drifting under the waterfall directly.

Previously,

We were simply bobbing in the pool by the waterfall,

But now,

We move into it.

How does that feel?

Imagine the water flowing over your body,

And soaking into your energetic field.

Imagine the water gently loosening the connection between your physical body and your astral one.

Imagine the sound,

Temperature,

And feel of the water.

Imagine it all.

Because the richer the scene,

The stronger the projection.

See and feel the currents of water washing over your limbs,

Your chest,

Your head,

Washing your astral self free,

Without an ounce of force.

The separation,

Natural.

The separation,

Effortless.

Keep on imagining this now,

And my voice will return soon.

And so,

The vision continues.

The water impacting you,

Stirring up your energy fields,

Getting things moving as it were.

And it's from here you feel your astral body being lifted away,

As if becoming lighter,

And you surrender to this sensation.

You surrender to the upward movement,

Without trying to control it.

You surrender to all the sensations,

Whatever they may be.

Perhaps you're feeling a swaying of sorts,

Or a floating,

Or maybe even vibrations.

These are all good signs.

And so,

Continue exploring these sensations now,

And when my voice returns shortly,

You'll be on the verge of separating from your physical body.

You're now at the precipice,

Right on the verge of separating,

And stepping into the And so,

When you feel ready,

Mentally push yourself out,

A little nudge if you will,

And let the current of the water carry you away,

Out of your physical form,

Leaving your physical body behind,

The vision of the waterfall echoing behind you,

Moving into the other place,

The previous scene shrinking,

The sounds fading,

Putting on your energetic body,

Fully,

In totality,

And exploring the astral realm.

Soon,

My voice will return.

You are now astral projecting.

You are now astral projecting.

You are now astral projecting.

You are now astral projecting.

Now that you're here,

You're free to explore,

What will you do,

Merely hover and observe,

Let the astral realm be the director and you the actor,

Or do you want to take a break a more active role,

Perhaps you want to dictate how this experience plays out,

If so,

Set your intention now,

And manifest it,

Either way is fine,

Passive or active,

Passive or active,

Passive or active.

Choose now,

And when you're ready to return,

Simply visualize yourself,

Rewinding the tape,

As it were,

Watching everything go in reverse,

Backwards through all your adventures so far and eventually finding yourself at the waterfall again,

Gently pulled back into the water's current,

The process folding in on itself,

Returning to your physical body,

And awakening.

But for now,

Please continue exploring,

Intrepid adventurer,

There's still so much to see,

New places to explore,

New beings to meet,

New emotions to feel,

The astral plane has endless possibilities,

And now you've been set free,

Like a kid,

In a playground.

Have fun.

For now then,

I'll bid you farewell,

As you no longer need my guidance,

You are off and away.

To the people that didn't separate this time,

Don't be disheartened,

Just let yourself fall asleep now,

And come back another time to try again.

Keep on persevering,

And eventually,

You will find success.
