Welcome,

Divine Being,

To this guided astral projection.

Today,

We will use the let-go method to detach from our bodies and the tri-dimensional realm,

Achieving a state of pure consciousness from which we can begin our astral projection.

Begin by settling your spine comfortably in your meditation posture.

Make sure your spine is as straight as possible.

Tuck your pelvis in a little bit,

And your chin as well.

Feel your central energy channel aligned from your root center up to your crown.

Breathe into your abdomen and pull the top of your head towards the sky.

Breathe out and let your shoulders drop down from your ears.

Relax the upper part of your body.

Exhale and relax your forehead.

Loosen up each muscle on your face.

Relax your cheeks and mouth.

Loosen up your jawline.

Allow your chin to drop gently.

Relax your lips and tongue.

Breathe in.

Breathe out and relax.

In through your nose.

Out.

In.

And out.

Connect with your respiration and allow it to help you relax even more into this posture.

Let go of the present stress stagnating within.

Allow each muscle to let go of the existing tensions and dissolve any low frequency vibrations found within.

Breathe deeply through your nose and relax.

Travel your awareness throughout your hands.

Relax your palms and fingers.

Take a moment to connect with the rhythm of your heartbeat present here.

Focus on the tips of your fingers and the center of your palms.

Breathe and feel your pulse here.

Notice if there are any other kinds of sensations present.

You may feel a gentle warmness or maybe a ticklish feeling.

Observe.

Take this brief moment to connect with these subtle sensations present in your hands.

Acknowledge the constant movement present within.

Breathe in and out.

Follow the road back from your hands through your arms and up into your neck.

Continue to guide your attention to your chest and take a little time to breathe here.

Unite yourself even more with the beating rhythm of your heart.

Allow the vibration it creates within to cleanse you of the no longer needed emotions stagnating within.

Let them go.

Detach yourself from the anchors you created here in the tri-dimensional realm.

Allow your physical body to become lighter and lighter with each exhale.

Unwind your mind entirely.

Be here in this present moment.

Breathe.

Now travel your awareness down into your upper belly.

Begin to focus on your solar plexus.

Breathe deep into your abdomen and relax it even more as you exhale.

Use your breath to loosen up the muscles present here.

Let go of the low frequency emotions you gathered throughout time.

Let go of all the tightness by simply relaxing your belly through the power of your breath.

Begin to explore all the sensations present in your belly.

Feel the rhythm of your pulse dancing here and embrace the subtle movement it creates within.

Surrender to this motion formed by your breath and heartbeat.

Become one with it and allow it to cleanse you.

Allow it to help you let go and detach from whatever anchors you into this 3D realm.

Set the intention to slowly separate your consciousness from the physical body as you let go of all your thoughts and emotions.

Be aware that their presence is only existing in this dimension.

Be aware that on a different sequence,

You are light.

Your physical body only exists in this world.

Your emotions and thoughts only exist in this tri-dimensional world.

Let them go.

Start now to focus only on your energy.

Allow yourself to slowly lose any sense of form as you relax your body and breath deeply within your belly.

Come within your third eye center.

Begin to visualize yourself floating into the vast dark universe.

Feel the energy present here as a powerful wind moving in circles around your physical body creating a vortex sensation within as without.

Sense the subtle spin of energy making you lighter and lighter.

Surrender to this feeling entirely.

Let go of your anchors.

Allow your body to float within this energy.

Have the intention to spin the energy surrounding you faster with each breath.

Feel the breeze it creates and allow it to cleanse your physical and subtle bodies as it goes faster and faster.

Let go.

Be aware of anything that keeps your consciousness anchored within your body.

It may be a thought,

An emotion,

Or perhaps another soul.

Touch its presence and simply let it go for the moment.

Be aware that it will all still be here when you return from your journey.

But now it is time to let go of anything that keeps you here into this realm and start your astral journey as pure consciousness.

Now,

Within the darkness of the universe which surrounds you,

Begin to visualize a pillar of white light coming down on you.

See this channel rotating towards the top of your head as a powerful beam of light.

Breathe it deep within.

Allow its light traveling through your body and transforming each part of yourself into pure white energy.

Visualize it taking over your head,

Going down through your neck,

Shoulders,

And arms.

See it arriving at your fingertips and slowly coming back up to your neck.

Gently begin to let go and detach entirely from this body as the light travels down into your chest,

Embracing your heart space,

Charging it with pure light.

Have faith in the journey prepared for you by the universe.

Let go of your need to control.

Trust your path.

When the right time comes,

Your astral journey will start.

Have faith.

Visualize this light spreading down from your chest into your solar plexus.

Allow this energy to cleanse any remaining emotions stuck in here.

Let go of them and let your consciousness detach from this tri-dimensional realm.

Follow the light as it goes down slowly to your toes and exits gently through the soles of your feet.

You are now a form of light,

Of white divine light raising its intensity with each breath.

Visualize yourself made of this pure energy.

As you become lighter,

Letting go of the anchors that keep all your attention to this physical world.

You can observe the easiness of your body.

Perhaps you may already lost awareness of your physical self.

Embrace this floating feeling.

Allow yourself to drift away slowly.

Surrender yourself to it.

Let go.

As you lose awareness over your posture,

Over your entire body,

Feel and visualize your consciousness going up,

Guided by the channel of white energy pouring from high above.

Visualize your physical form remaining still as your light body,

Your consciousness projects itself out of it.

As it goes up,

See a cord of light forming between your physical self and your consciousness.

Be aware of its existence and let go.

Surrender and fly.

Continue to breathe deeply.

Allow yourself to have this astral projection experience.

Let it guide you into different realms.

Continue to visualize your consciousness floating up and taking the form of a bright lighted sphere spinning into the endless universe.

Traveling through different timelines and dimensions.

In the first place,

Give yourself the time to simply explore.

Allow yourself to see what the Source wants to show you.

Receive the information.

Embrace this knowledge without questioning.

When you are ready to come back into the physical realm,

Remember the cord of light bonding your consciousness to your body.

Begin to follow it and slowly enter yourself back.

Gently become conscious of your respiration.

Reconnect with your breath.

Feel it traveling throughout your entire body.

Slowly begin to acknowledge the rhythm of your beating heart.

Feel the existence of your hands and feet.

Become aware of your body and the vibrating pulse existing within.

Breathe in and out.

In and out.

As you become more aware of your body's posture,

Begin to integrate the sounds surrounding you.

Feel the temperature of the air caressing the skin on your face.

Slowly begin to move your fingers.

Welcome a little movement within your hands and start waking up your body.

Wrap your chin slowly into your chest and rotate your neck with gentle and controlled movements.

When you are ready,

Put your palms together and then slowly cover your eyes without touching your face.

Gently behind your hands,

Open your eyes without focusing on an image.

Allow a little light to enter through the gaps created by your fingers so your eyes can get used to it.

As you open your eyelids completely,

Bring your head up straight and place your palms over your heart space.

Take a brief moment to thank yourself for taking this time before getting up.

Be aware that it takes patience and practice to detach from this realm and astral project.

Always be proud of your evolution.

Thank you for the new astral travel meditation. I have been doing them on a semi-regular basis and although not there yet this one helped me get to a very deep level. As always a well made meditation, and I will keep trying. šŸ‘
