Welcome and thank you for joining me for this astral projection session.
Please prepare yourself by finding a position that you can comfortably maintain for an extended period of time.
Whether you're lying down or sitting down,
I'd now like you to place your palms so they're resting somewhere on the surface of your body.
Feel the energy from your hands entering your body.
As you do this,
This guided session is designed to facilitate a deep trance state.
As your body enters this state,
Mind will follow consciousness to slowly detach and enter out-of-body experience.
So now close your eyes and take note of any physical sensations,
The feeling of the ground or the chair or the bed beneath you.
Become aware of your posture and sense the environment surrounding you,
Connection to it.
Begin to perceive it with your other senses too.
Notice any smells,
Notice the temperature,
Take note of any sounds near or far.
Be yourself fully present as all other worries flow from your mind.
Acknowledge the peaceful darkness you find here behind your closed eyes.
This darkness relax your entire body and connect you to your natural state of being.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly through your nose.
Let's repeat this together a few times and then allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Last time,
Breathe in through your nose and now gently reconnect to your normal breath.
Notice the sensation of air as it comes in through your nose and out through your nose.
Begin to imagine a healing light surrounding your body.
Feel its power,
Feel its gentleness,
Be aware of its ability to heal you and rejuvenate your entire body.
Open your mind and heart to this divine light,
Embrace it,
Visualize the light slowly taking over your entire being,
Gently filling each cell of your physical body with its bright white energy.
Be yourself,
Bathe in this peaceful,
Calm moment.
Continue breathing deeply,
Imagine this healing light now moving through your body,
Dissolving any tension or stress that may be present.
Visualize it in your head and scalp,
Taking away any stressful or agitated thoughts.
With a thinking mind,
Pause for a moment,
The light gently move to your forehead,
Releasing any tightness you find there.
As the light moves down your face,
Feel your muscles slowly loosening up,
Or jaw softening,
Your cheeks too,
As well as your neck.
Breathe in this light down to your arms and hands as you do,
Let it play within your palms then,
Visualize it going back up into your neck and down to your heart center.
Visualize this light becoming brighter and brighter as it moves down into your chest.
As your upper body is filled with this energy,
Feel it going down from your heart center into your stomach,
Releasing any anxiety or stress that you find there.
Visualize this light dancing around each organ,
Cleansing any stagnant emotions.
Let this warm light into your hips and legs and feet,
Letting it relax them.
Throughout this process,
Your mind is calm and your body is relaxed,
Free from any tension and stress.
Take a few more deep breaths in,
Or this blanket of light will guide you into a deeper state of meditation.
Allow the fullness of the physical body to slowly drift away as you focus solely on your long,
Calm breaths.
Let your breath bring you to a peaceful trance state.
In this state,
The mind becomes more receptive to suggestion and the subconscious mind is more easily accessed,
Allowing for deep healing and transformation.
Through this breath work,
You can induce alpha and theta brainwaves,
Which are associated with relaxation and creativity.
You can also access states of spiritual insight and non-duality,
A connectedness with the universe at large.
Let whatever wants to come,
Come slowly.
Allow your body to fall asleep as your mind remains awake.
Visualize a peaceful and safe scene behind your closed eyes.
Let yourself teleport to this beautiful space,
Maybe an imagined one,
Or somewhere you recognize,
Or maybe somewhere you'd like to go.
Picture yourself in this serene environment,
And feel it through all of your senses.
Continue breathing in through your nose,
Allowing the air to travel deep down into your belly,
And then exhale slowly through your nose.
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
In.
Feel yourself getting heavier and heavier with each breath,
Fully concentrating on it,
With the intent of entering the trance state.
Breathe in,
Aware of all sensations,
Surrender to this sense of relaxation,
And let yourself enter the deep trance state,
Resting your awareness on the breath.
Feel this state taking over entire being.
As you enter the trance state,
Be aware of any cold sensations.
Notice the subtle sense of heat loss.
As that happens,
Keep in mind that it's perfectly normal.
In fact,
It's a sign that you're.
As you continue to focus on the breath,
You may begin to feel a sense of disassociation from your body.
This is a sign that you're entering.
If you begin to feel a floating sensation,
Go with it.
Allow yourself to feel light and free,
Ready to begin your astral projection journey.
Now,
As you continue to breathe,
Visualize yourself gently leaving your physical body.
Imagine yourself rising up higher until you're looking down at your physical self.
You are now free to explore this new realm.
Trust your intuition as you do.
There's no right or wrong way to experience this.
Simply allow yourself to be open to whatever comes your way.
As you explore,
Continue to focus on your breath.
Let yourself go deeper and into this new realm.
Allow yourself to feel the vastness,
And when you're ready to return to your physical body,
Simply visualize yourself following a chord of light back down and re-entering your physical form.
Take a deep breath in your consciousness to slowly re-enter the body.
Recalibrate and gently get used to the idea of physicality again.
Have the intention to fully return to your body now.
Breathe in deeply through your nose,
Recalibrating to the physical world around you.
Remember that astral projection takes time and patience to master.
That's okay.
Have faith in the process.
Brace the journey.
Lessons it brings.
You're in no rush.
There will always be another session.
And so,
When you feel ready,
Begin to turn back on different parts of your body with slow movements.
Start by moving your fingers and toes,
Then your hands and feet as a whole.
Move your neck,
Your head.
Gently let your chin drop down into your chest and slowly open your eyes.
Allow yourself to get used to the outside world again.
When you're ready,
Feel free to get up and continue with your day with the intention of keeping this deep state of relaxation present at all times.
