Hello there,
And welcome to this astral projection recording.
Tonight I'll be leading you through the process of leaving your body and exploring the astral realm.
First then,
Let us set the scene.
Find a quiet and comfortable spot where you can relax without distractions.
Your bedroom is ideal.
On your bed,
Lights out,
But equally you could lie on your couch in the living room,
Or in a reclining chair in your office.
Wherever you think is going to be the most comfortable and quiet spot is where you should go.
So,
I'll now give you a moment to do exactly that,
And,
When my voice returns shortly,
The session will begin.
Our physical bodies are just vessels.
In this vast expanse,
We are so much more.
And tonight,
We'll take a glimpse behind the curtain.
Tonight we'll embark on an exploration beyond the confines of the physical world.
And once there,
Once out of our vessels,
We'll capture a little slice of eternity and bring it back with us for safekeeping.
And so,
Now,
As you settle in,
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your nose,
In your own time.
Feel your body relax with each breath,
Sinking into a state of stillness,
A state of surrender.
And soon,
My voice will return.
Let your mind drift.
Allow your inner eye to come online and feel the weight of your body gently pressing against the surface you're sitting on or lying on,
Grounding you in the process.
Feel the weight,
The gravity,
And let it hold you with love.
Here you are in a vast,
Dark space,
Your inner world a blank canvas for now,
But a place of limitless potential.
In this space,
You are free from the constraints of the physical world,
Able to explore your interior.
And so,
Now,
Let the black turn on,
As it were,
From nothing to something.
Let your inner world come alive.
And shortly,
My voice will return.
Now,
Bring your attention to your hands,
Not your physical hands,
But your non-physical hands,
Your energetic hands.
In your mind's eye,
Visualize them palm up in front of you.
Focus on every detail,
The length of your fingers,
The lines on your palms,
The texture of your skin.
See it all vividly.
And with the vision coming into focus,
Begin to imagine a warm,
Golden light emanating from your palms.
See this light growing brighter and more intense,
Gradually enveloping your entire hands.
Feel the warmth of this light,
As if your hands are gently ablaze with a soothing,
Radiant fire.
And soon,
My voice will return.
With each breath,
Feel the warmth and energy of this light,
Spreading through your hands.
The golden light symbolizes your inner energy,
Your connection to the astral plane.
So,
Allow this light to grow,
Filling your hands and the space around you with a powerful,
Vibrant glow.
And now,
In your mind's eye,
Begin moving your hands,
Slowly raise them in front of you,
Feeling the weightlessness of them.
Notice how your hands move so,
So effortlessly in this place,
Your interior world,
Guided by your thought alone.
And as you do this,
Feel a sense of separation between your physical body and your energy body,
Growing more distinct,
More and more and more distinct.
And shortly,
My voice will return.
The sensation of weightlessness is growing within you now.
You imagine your entire body becoming light,
Golden light,
Spreading out from your hands,
Spreading out all over.
You feel the boundaries of your physical form dissolving,
Merging with the world around you.
And then shift your attention outwards further.
In your mind's eye,
Visualize the room you're in,
The actual room your physical body is now falling asleep in.
See every detail clearly,
The furniture,
The walls,
The ceiling and so on.
And from there,
Imagine yourself standing up from your physical body,
Or rolling out,
Then looking round,
Feeling the lightness of movement as you explore your surroundings in your astral form.
Look around the room.
You are up and out of your physical body.
And soon my voice will return.
As you move around,
Take a moment to look back at your physical body.
See it resting there peacefully,
Still and calm.
Know that you're safe,
There and here,
There and here,
Always able to return to your physical form whenever you choose.
And now imagine a portal appearing before you,
Leading to the astral plane proper,
A realm of infinite possibilities.
Feel the excitement and curiosity building in you as you approach it.
And shortly my voice will return.
With each step towards the portal,
Feel yourself becoming more and more attuned to the astral plane.
And as you reach the portal,
Take a deep breath and step through,
Allowing yourself to be fully immersed in the world that opens up before you.
What do you see?
Take it all in,
Don't let a single detail pass you by.
And soon my voice will return.
You are now in the astral plane,
Free to explore,
Without limits.
Trust your intuition here,
Follow your curiosity.
And remember,
The golden light within you is your guide,
Always leading you back to your physical body whenever you're ready to return,
Trailing behind you wherever you go.
There is light in your wake wherever you go.
And so let your explorations begin.
No fear,
No trepidation.
Just unbridled wanderlust.
And shortly my voice will return.
The landscape here is unlike any other.
Shimmering with divine brilliance.
Alive with the presence of God.
It's beautiful,
The sight leaving you dizzied and awed.
So much to see,
So much to feel.
Every element pulsing with divine energy.
Every element shining with divine light.
Embrace this realm.
Take it as it comes,
In its raw form.
Swallow it whole,
And ask for more.
This journey is a sacred one.
And upon return,
Pledge that you'll bring a little peace back with you.
A little sense of unity with the divine.
And carry it within you,
Inside your heart,
Forever.
For now then,
I'll bid you farewell,
As you no longer need my guidance.
You are off and away.
To the people that didn't separate this time,
Don't be disheartened.
Just let yourself fall asleep now,
And come back to our channel another time,
And try again.
Keep on persevering,
And eventually you will find success.
