
Astral Projection Meditation: The Hammock Technique
The technique used is called "The Hammock Technique". Basically, you will visualize yourself lying in a bright white hammock, stationed between two palm trees on a secluded island. Imagine the feeling of swaying in the wind, and recreate that feeling now as you visualize yourself swaying from side to side in the hammock. This visualization will be repeated in the meditation and continued till you reach the vibration stage and then finally being able to "roll out" of your body.

Welcome.
In this recording,
You will astral project using the hammock technique.
First,
I will guide you through a process of relaxation,
Followed by the journey through the beach and into the hammock.
This visualization is meant to trigger your vibrations,
Resulting in an astral projection.
It is important to understand that you are more than your physical body,
That there is a mystery deep within you,
And no matter what astral projection is,
Your consciousness is able to journey into wonderful spaces.
Feeling detached from the final result is also very important.
Sometimes it takes several tries to achieve an astral projection.
Either way,
The relaxation achieved through these meditations can help your body and mind in order to be more ready and positive for an astral experience.
Be open to the experience and allow your astral body and your energy to flow.
Embrace the unknown and enjoy the journey.
But first,
Let's go into our relaxation.
Make yourself nice and comfortable.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Allow your eyes to close.
Now focus on your breathing.
It should be deep and regular.
From way down to way up.
Take a few deep breaths,
Breathing in through the nose and out through your mouth.
Relax.
Now with each exhaling breath,
Breathe out any aches and pains and tensions stored in your body.
With each inhaling breath,
Breathe in the peaceful energy that surrounds you.
Relax even more deeply.
Now visualize,
Imagine,
Or feel all of your muscles completely relaxing.
Relax the muscles of your neck and shoulders.
Releasing all the tension from your muscles.
Relax your arms.
Relax your legs.
Relax your back muscles.
And allow the muscles of your stomach to completely relax so that your breathing stays nice and deep and even.
With each gentle breath you take,
Allow yourself to become more and more deeply relaxed.
Imagine or feel a bright light at the top of your head,
Inside your head.
Allow your mind to choose the color of this light.
Everything that this beautiful light touches,
As it later spreads down your body,
Every tissue and organ and muscle,
Every fiber and cell of your body will relax completely.
Releasing all aches and pains.
Releasing all stress and doubts.
And the light will deepen and deepen the level of your relaxation.
You are already feeling deeply peaceful and tranquil and at ease.
Now imagine the light spreading down from the top of your head,
Down past your forehead and behind your eyes,
Relaxing you even more.
You can imagine the light spreading into your jaw and down your scalp.
Deepening your state of relaxation.
Now the light is flowing into your neck,
Completely relaxing the muscles of your neck and the lining of your throat.
And you relax even more.
Visualize the light which relaxes and heals every muscle,
Nerve and cell of your body,
Spreading down to your shoulders and down both arms,
All the way into your wrists,
Hands and fingers.
Feel the light flowing into your upper back and chest and into your heart.
And as your wonderful heart pumps the light through every blood vessel of your body,
It enters your lungs and begins to glow just beautifully.
It is cleansing you and healing you.
It is relaxing you.
You feel safe and wonderful.
The muscles of your upper back are now completely relaxed and now the light is spreading into your spinal cord from your brain to the tip of your spine,
Flowing through your entire nervous system to reach every muscle and cell of your body.
And you are deeply calm and relaxed.
You are feeling a deep tranquility,
A marvelous sense of peace.
Imagine the light spreading into your abdomen and lower back,
Completely relaxing those muscles and nerves.
And now see it flowing into your hips,
Into your legs,
All the way to your ankles,
Feet and toes.
Your entire body is now filled and bathed with a wonderful bright healing tranquil light.
And you feel very,
Very peaceful.
Now visualize the light completely surrounding your body as if you were in a cocoon or halo of light.
This light protects you and relaxes your skin and your outer muscles.
And you feel even more peaceful,
Calm and relaxed.
In a moment,
I am going to count backwards from 5 to 1.
With each number,
You will feel more peaceful and calm and the level of your relaxed state will deepen and deepen until by the time I reach number 1,
You will be in a very deep state of relaxation.
5 Feeling more and more peaceful.
4 Feeling relaxed.
3 Deeper and deeper and deeper.
2 Nearly there now.
Your mind is now very relaxed and open to receiving this wonderful journey.
And you are in complete control at all levels of your mind.
Even you are at the beach and it is a beautiful day.
You feel your toes curling into the sand and it feels warm.
The sand is so soft.
You are feeling calm and peaceful.
You are happy to be where you are.
It is the perfect place.
And you are feeling content.
You look up at the sky.
Such a beautiful deep blue and puffy white clouds drifting slowly across the sky.
And then you look out into the ocean.
Glistening golden sparkles from the sun are on the water.
You feel the breeze against your cheeks and your hair.
Such a cool and fresh smell.
Take a step forward and begin to feel the breeze all over your body.
And you look ahead and you can see some beautiful palm trees.
The leaves are swaying in the wind.
Slowly.
There is no one around.
It is just you and the beautiful ocean stretching out into the distance.
And the golden sand.
You walk toward the palm trees.
And you are feeling peaceful.
The leaves are waving in the gentle breeze.
Everything is so calm and you can even taste a little bit of the salt in the air.
You can hear the ocean waves gently crashing on the shore.
And the sound relaxes you more and more.
You look down again at the sand as you walk and notice how soft it feels on the sole of your feet.
The warmth and softness of the grains.
Relaxing you more and more.
And you look out into the ocean once again.
And you notice the wonderful colors.
Golden and blue and the white foam from the ocean crashing against the shore.
Very lightly.
And you look up at the sky.
Slowly strolling toward the trees.
The nice and puffy clouds continue to drift across the sky.
As the wind picks up your hair ever so slightly.
And you look at the palm trees at a distance and they are swaying in the wind.
The leaves are deep green and in some parts so bright.
You look at all the details.
The trunks are layered and all the way at the top you can see coconuts just hanging from the core.
You can hear the leaves at a distance.
You continue to walk feeling the warm,
Soft,
Powdery sand.
And you curl your toes every once in a while.
It feels so good.
You feel like you're in paradise and nothing can bother you.
You are happy and content.
And you can feel that happiness from head to toe.
And as you walk you begin to feel tired and you're ready to rest.
You look back up and notice at a distance there is a bright white hammock just waiting for you to lay down in it.
It is so white it is almost glowing with light.
And you feel as though it is calling you.
You feel so happy and relaxed.
You come closer and closer to the beautiful palm trees and the glowing hammock.
As you come closer to the trees you can hear the rustling of the leaves.
So relaxing.
Feeling calm and peaceful.
You feel like nothing can bother you.
You finally reach the hammock under all those leaves forming a nice shady spot perfect for relaxation.
You lay down on the hammock and it immediately starts to slowly swing from side to side.
And you close your eyes.
Feeling as if you are swinging from side to side on this hammock.
And you are so relaxed as you are on the hammock swinging slowly and peacefully.
And now I'm going to count from 10 to 1 and when I reach 1 you will be more relaxed.
Your relaxation will double.
10 Feeling light and peaceful.
9 Slowly swinging from one side to the other.
8 Feeling calm and relaxed.
7 Going deeper and deeper into relaxation.
8 6 Swinging from side to side.
5 Entering a deeper state of relaxation.
4 Feeling more and more peaceful.
3 Relaxing and swinging.
2 Feeling the breeze and relaxation washing over your whole body.
And 1 Your relaxation has now doubled.
You feel like you are one with the hammock.
The glowing energy seeping into your body as well.
Like a smooth electrifying wonderful feeling entering your whole body.
You feel the cool wind across the surface of your skin.
Wonderful tinkling sensations follow.
And as the breeze moves through your hair it activates the tingling sensation around your scalp.
As you continue to swing from side to side you feel yourself glowing with light.
And as you swing slowly from side to side I want you to imagine this movement as best you can.
Imagine the wind touching your skin.
As you go from one side to the other the wind is playing with you.
And you feel a tingling sensation all throughout your body.
As you continue to swing left and right.
Left and right.
In this glowing white hammock.
Listening to the waves and feeling the wind.
The tingling sensations around your body increase.
As you sway from side to side slowly.
Swing as far out as you want.
And as slow as you want.
So relaxed and peaceful.
And as you sway from side to side the tingling sensation slowly becomes vibrations.
As you hear the ocean sound you feel these vibrations moving through your body.
And as the cool wind touches your skin from your head until your toes.
The vibrations begin to hum slowly.
Moving through your body.
Relaxing you.
You feel the tingling vibrations moving through your scalp.
And moving down your ears and temples.
Through your face and down your throat.
All the way into your neck and shoulders.
Vibrating and tingling all the way down your arms,
Wrists and hands.
Vibrating fingers.
Feeling the vibrations going down your torso and into your abdomen.
The tingling vibrations circulating around your lower abdominal muscles.
And finding their way down your hips and legs.
All the way to your ankles and feet.
As you're swinging from side to side.
Feeling all the vibrations and knowing that you're about to enter into the astral plane.
Focusing on the tingling sensations.
Focusing on the vibrations.
Imagining the cool breeze running up and down your body.
The vibrations traveling through your body like crashing waves on a shore.
Moving up and down side to side.
As you swing and swing from side to side.
The swinging gets wider and longer.
As your breathing is steady and flowing.
Knowing that you're going to have a nice experience.
You are safe and protected at all times.
Whenever you're ready,
As you're swinging,
Slowly and effortlessly roll out of your body.
As the tingling sensation increases.
Imagine rolling out of your body.
As you're swinging to the far right and the far left.
Letting go.
Allowing.
Enjoying.
Relaxing.
And now you are out of your body.
Feeling light as if you're rising up into the sky.
You are a body of light.
You are out of your body.
Just roll out of your body.
Maybe you rolled out of your body.
Or you elevated up in one of the swinging motions all the way up continue to rise out of your body.
Allow the flow to take you.
And now that you are out,
You can do whatever you want.
You can enjoy the sand and the ocean.
You can fly or aim to go see someone.
Now I'm going to leave some suggestions for your subconscious mind.
So that you may achieve astral projection more easily next time.
As you swing and swing from side to side.
I am floating up and feeling light.
Out of body experiences are a normal shift or transfer of awareness from my physical body to one of my higher frequency energy vehicles.
I am leaving my body.
I am relaxed and at peace.
I am prepared for astral travel.
Astral travel is just a normal part of my life.
My consciousness is open to the astral plane.
I am connected to my astral body.
My mind is calm and aware.
My entire being is at peace.
My awareness has expanded.
I am in a state of total peace.
I leave my physical body every night.
My consciousness is open to the astral plane.
Astral projection is a natural part of my life.
As you swing and swing from side to side.
I enjoy astral traveling.
I am calm and at peace.
I am always in perfect control and I create a positive experience.
My awareness is expanding.
I can easily access my astral body.
I remember my out of body experiences.
I can leave my body anytime I choose.
I experience tranquility and peace.
I am experiencing the astral plane.
I have astral projections regularly.
Leaving my body to experience astral travel is easy.
I know I am more than my physical body.
I remain consciously aware as my body falls asleep.
I experience out of body consciousness now.
I successfully separate from my physical body after it is asleep.
I am calm and relaxed.
Astral travel is a rewarding experience.
Now I am out of body.
I have crystal clear awareness.
The light of my astral body protects me naturally.
I am safe in the light of my being.
I am experiencing an astral projection.
I am having a healing experience.
Everything seems bright and wonderful.
I am astral projecting.
I am a body of light.
I easily feel the vibrations.
The swinging gets wider and longer.
I roll out of my body with ease.
I am flying out of body.
My astral body knows exactly what to do.
I am enjoying this peace.
I only have positive experiences.
I am tingling in this wonderful vibration.
The vibrations moving up and down across your body.
The body can no longer contain so much energy.
As the energy flowing through your body is ready to rise,
You feel like your body can no longer contain such energy.
And off you go.
And now I am out of body.
I have floated out of my body.
I have shifted out of my body.
I am now in the astral realm.
I remember all my astral experiences.
This projection comes naturally to me.
I enjoy astral traveling.
When I experience astral travel,
I know I am in perfect control.
I always create a positive experience.
I leave my physical body every night and I remember all of my experiences.
I am now outside of my body.
I have exited my body.
I am having an out of body experience.
I am astral projecting.
I live in the present moment and right now I am exiting my body.
I am open to letting go of my attachments.
I trust my intuition.
My life moves effortlessly.
I am open to inspiration and creativity.
I am now in the astral realm.
I am now in the astral realm.
I remember all my astral experiences.
This projection comes naturally to me.
I enjoy astral traveling.
I leave my physical body every night and I remember all of my experiences.
I am now outside of my body.
I have exited my body.
I am having an out of body experience.

I only detached upper half from my physical body in the second attempt. But its very relaxing. But Astral projection is kinda hard 😅

first time using meditation to astral project! i didn’t project but it’s 100% bc i’m a beginner. this guided meditation left be feeling very relaxed and at peace with myself
