Welcome.

This Finding Perfect Balance meditation invites you to allow your unconscious mind to explore the many ways you can bring balance into your life.

Because while your conscious mind discovers a deeper level of awareness,

You create an elegant and natural environment for your unconscious mind to find new resources.

And you can prepare to enjoy this experience by allowing to emerge all the resources necessary for finding perfect balance.

So to begin,

Find a comfortable position in a pleasant and quiet environment and just think about how good it will feel to experience a natural and restorative process to bring perfect balance into your life.

Take a deep breath in now,

And let your eyes close as you breathe out.

Feel the tiny muscles around your eyes coming to rest,

And keep your eyes closed as you continue breathing easily.

Notice the weight of your eyelids,

Or the sounds in the room,

The sound or the rhythm of your breath,

The sound of my voice.

All working together to help you drift down,

Easily and effortlessly,

Into a deeper,

More relaxed state of awareness.

Notice and comfort that spreads throughout your body,

Where you can enjoy the comfort drifting down even more,

Just allowing this to happen.

And you can become aware of the gentle easiness of floating down,

Like autumn leaves,

And you know what that's like.

Imagining so many leaves falling from trees and drifting down to the ground,

A sign of change as one thing leaves and something else takes its place,

And something wonderful arrives to signal change,

Like snowflakes in the sky,

Magical snowflakes lifting up and falling,

Swirling from one point to the next,

Drifting so casually down,

Unhurried,

Unrushed,

Just like you.

And you don't need to think about how water crystallizes into snow to create something new.

From dark and heavy winter clouds comes the silent enchantment of falling snow,

When everything quietly floats into place,

Because just like softly falling snow,

Gets deeper and deeper.

You go deeper and deeper into the awareness of how your unconscious mind understands balance,

So carefully,

So delicately,

That everything settles just where it needs to be,

In perfect,

Natural,

And after a time,

The temperature rises,

The clouds fill with moisture again,

And at the right moment,

A gentle rain signals change,

Evenly and naturally,

And in the hush of warm misty rain,

There is nothing to bother you,

Nothing to disturb you,

Nothing to get in your way,

And your unconscious understands,

That you might imagine new life budding on the trees,

And then spring becomes summer,

When the quiet easiness of summer nights,

Invites crickets to sing in unison,

And you don't need to pay attention,

Because your unconscious mind understands,

The secret to balance,

Lives inside the still summer nights,

And in the rain,

And in the snow,

And inside you,

Where it's already begun,

And will emerge in wonderful and surprising ways,

When everything settles,

Gently and easily,

Perfectly balanced,

And you can continue to enjoy new feelings of perfect balance,

In whatever way is most helpful,

And bring this understanding to your awareness,

Emerging into a stronger,

More focused,

And more confident version of you,

As you come back up,

Into a waking state,

In three,

Two,

And one,

Wide awake,

Eyes open,

Feeling better than before.
