This is Canada Meditates autonomous sensory meridian response meditation.

Sleep in 10 minutes.

As you progress towards sleep in the next few minutes,

You will notice this is a sensory experience.

My voice will turn to a whisper to help you gradually shift down into a feeling state.

Deep relaxation.

This feeling allows you to drift effortlessly into a restful and peaceful sleep.

Imagine a soft cloud carried on a high,

Distant pond,

Floating across a landscape.

Shadow sweeps over open fields.

Untouchable.

Undistractable.

Unstoppable.

Gliding easily.

Effortlessly.

Nothing to get in the way.

Carrying on to some faraway place.

Out beyond the fields.

Past the horizon.

Out beyond memory.

Out into the wide,

Open world.

It will be easy for you to drift gently to faraway places.

Out beyond the fields.

Out into the wide,

Open world.

Out into the wide,

Open world.

Out into the wide,

Open world.

And as you drift further away from where you are through ribbons of misty memories,

They soften and fade,

All floating into the face.

It is easy to forget the dreams barely remembered.

And these dissolving parts melt into the wispy,

Ancient,

Forgotten places.

Everything is far away now.

And there is nothing to bother you.

Nothing to concern you.

Nothing to get in your way.

Notice as you drift further away,

The signposts let down.

You are leaving behind all concerns and worry.

Everything is behind you now,

Sweeping into the place of forgotten dreams.

When you are no longer awake in the way you know it,

And it doesn't matter if you listen or not,

As you sink deeper into relaxation.

Soothing,

Comforting relaxation,

And you don't need to notice that your breathing is so gentle.

So much stillness inside,

Safe and sound inside.

Like a warm cabin in winter,

A flickering fire inside,

Leaving the storm outside to rattle the night from the safety of this warm and comfortable cabin.

There is no need to notice if you bring all your attention inside,

Because there is nothing for you to do.

You can feel the sense of relaxation as you imagine yourself drifting to sleep.

As you might see yourself on a soft,

Fluffy,

Comfortable bed,

Deeply relaxed and resting in the light,

Drifting deeper into sleep,

Knowing in time you will feel so refreshed,

So much better in every way.

Now is the time for sleep,

Deep and restful,

All the way down into sleep.

Ooooohh wow! That was going straight into each ear and all the way down my spine and lower back tickling me! It was a lovely feeling, you have a great whispering voice. Seriously, wow. And beautiful words too. I listened and now im gonna get into bed and dream sweet dreams of: 1) my own 'magical mystery' garden and, 2) those hushing ASMR whispers .....after doing TWO of your meditations in a row! I now hope they fuse together in dream! I can hope can't I?! 😁....Fingers crossed for me! Thank you so much for the pleasure of your relaxing voice in two states after those beautiful meditations.
