Meditation Timer OnlineI am a yoga teacher and eternal student. My passion is hatha, vinyasa flow, and yin yoga, as well as meditation, breathwork and yoga nidra. I teach in Czech and English. You'll be able to find content in both languages. I am particularly interested in helping other females goddesses uplift their spirit and re-discover their divine self.
