Positive expectancy is the fuel that propels you forward.
This means believing in your ability to figure things out and trusting the process,
Regardless of the outcome.
You are probably not going to nail everything you do but when you detach yourself from the result and focus on the process,
Each experience is progress.
Even when it doesn't turn out the way you expect it to.
Your level of success is heavily influenced by your mindset and cultivating a positive expectancy mindset is key to overcoming discomfort.
