Welcome,

Integrating bliss for healing and growth.

Integration means to combine one thing with another so that it comes into wholeness in relation to a big experience of transformation.

It can be taking who we were before and integrating it with who we've now become so that we can move forward in our lives as this evolved being.

The purpose of this meditation is to hold space for you to meet yourself and whatever comes up to your awareness without turning away from it and instead allowing whatever arises to integrate within you.

Facing ourselves with honesty and presence and a willingness to lean in to any discomfort that may be arising,

Letting go of resistance and embracing all in love.

So find yourself in a comfortable seated meditation pose.

If you're sitting up on a cushion,

Take a moment to just get into a really comfortable position so that you can ultimately cultivate stillness and ease in your being.

Lengthen out your spine and relax your belly and all of the muscles of your face.

Letting go of any tension or any stress that came before this moment.

Just allowing yourself to fully arrive here in this present moment exactly as you are.

Take a deep big inhale in through your nose and as you exhale open the mouth and let out a big sigh.

Just relaxing and softening deeper into the present moment.

Just take the next few moments to really connect with your breath.

Just noticing the quality of your breath,

Noticing if you can slow it down.

Just begin to relax even deeper into the breath.

This beautiful cosmic dancer that animates us,

That connects our outer world and our inner world.

Just notice what's coming up in the mind.

And notice what's coming up in the heart.

I invite you to relax your hands on your lap or in a mudra.

Whatever feels comfortable for you,

Just let yourself be comfortable and at ease.

The more we practice being comfortable and at ease,

The more we can integrate that way of being into every moment of life.

Letting your awareness rest now at the heart.

We offer this space to integrating bliss,

Ananda.

This remembrance of our true self,

This remembrance of our self as interconnected with all things and all beings.

When we have an expansive transformational experience,

We get a taste of this nectar,

This amrit,

This nectar of sweetness that is this remembrance of our true nature,

Which is unconditional love.

So just reflecting on the experience of transformation of in and of itself.

I'm just beginning to reflect on the challenges that came upon your path.

Whether that was a physical challenge,

A mental challenge,

A challenge of resistance or impatience or other people.

What challenged you?

Maybe it was an emotion or a story.

What challenged you within this experience that you've just completed?

Now reflect on what has been your biggest growth,

Your biggest learning.

How have you transformed from the beginning of the experience to where you're at now?

Who have you become?

What have you cultivated or deepened within yourself?

What has surprised you even?

What was your highlight,

Your favorite aspect of the experience?

Something again that maybe surprised you.

Maybe you didn't think you were going to love it as much as you did or maybe something that you thought you were going to love actually proved not to be the case.

What are you taking with you from this experience?

Whether that's the connections you made with people or a moment of gratitude or growth.

What are you taking with you into the next chapter?

Basically what is your commitment moving forward?

How do you want to show up for yourself,

For life,

For others?

How do you want to grow and evolve?

What's one nugget or piece of advice you would give to yourself as you move from one stage of being to the next,

Relishing this in-between space as a beautiful opportunity to really integrate and become more whole,

More connected,

More at ease,

More relaxed,

More fulfilled,

More on purpose,

More in flow,

And more content and grateful?

What are you really grateful for from this experience?

What are you really grateful for in this moment?

Moving forward into the next chapter,

What are you really grateful for?

Bring your hands into a prayer pose at your heart center please and just connect to the quality of heart that is arising in your physical,

Energetic,

And emotional center.

Make a gentle commitment to yourself to stay as heart centered as possible throughout life's twists and turns,

Ups and downs,

Challenges and growths,

Through all the knowns and unknowns that are inevitably coming to pass.

And offer a prayer.

I say prayers go up,

Blessings rain down.

Whatever that word means to you,

Offer a prayer for the well-being,

For the peace and easefulness of yourself,

Of your loved ones,

Of those yet to come,

Of all beings in all realms.

Loka samasta sukhino bhavantu.

May all beings in all realms be peaceful and free.

May you integrate the teachings and the learnings,

The challenges and the growths,

The highlights and the commitments.

May you integrate these into your everyday life so that you can be more peaceful and free.

Creating bliss.

Thank you so much for your practice and presence today.

Namaste.
