Sit in a comfortable position,

Relaxed,

Taking a deep breath.

Allow your shoulders to drop with each breath.

Feel your belly,

Your abdominal muscles contract with the exhales,

Emptying all the air from your lungs,

Releasing what no longer serves you.

And then inhale,

Distending the belly,

Pushing it out and letting that breath come back in,

Renewing your spirit,

Renewing your energy.

Each breath cycle,

A release and letting go,

And a rejuvenating return,

Energizing.

With each breath,

Feel your body settle into its power,

Settling into that root and that groundedness.

Trust that you allow and assist the flow of energy through your body.

Finding your center begins with each breath.

Inhale,

Drawing in,

Exhale,

Releasing and letting go what no longer serves you.

Finding that clarity and remembering your true nature,

Who you are at the core,

Who you are beyond your image,

Beyond your identity,

Beyond your gender.

Return to that true self,

The place between the breaths,

Exhaling and releasing completely,

Visualizing that letting go,

Whatever challenge came to you today or recently,

Whatever issues and stories you've been holding about your life's flow,

Use that deep belly squeezing exhale to release and transform your relationship with those ideas about yourself.

And then draw in that inhale through your nostrils,

Filling your body,

Allowing that breath to go out to your fingertips and all the way down to your toes,

Filling every cell in your body with this intention that you are at peace,

That you are in your power,

That you are grounded in the truth of who you truly are.

With each breath,

You return to this truth.

With each breath,

You visualize with your eyes closed that image of yourself,

That healthy self,

The empowered self,

That confident self.

See your body healthy,

Strong and in perfect form and function.

See your brain working in perfectly optimized synchronicity,

Synapses firing in perfect order,

And your neurochemistry in perfect harmony.

Settle into the truth of who you truly are and remember the power of your visualization to hold that intention for the life that you envision through those intentions.

And with each breath,

Exhale and release what no longer serves you and receive the energy of the universe with every inhale.
