Discover your breath as if this next inhale you take is the first one you ever took.
Discover it in each subsequent breath as if it's a new event in your being.
Notice what occurs in that breath,
The gentle coolness around your nostrils as the air enters your body,
The movement of your diaphragm as it moves up and down,
In and out.
Pay attention to the subtleties that you take for granted as you breathe.
Feel the quality of the blood flow that changes each time you breathe in and each time you breathe out.
Somatic awareness,
Body consciousness,
Respecting and loving this temple that contains your consciousness.
Your body is the vehicle for your consciousness.
Without this body there is no consciousness in the form of you.
That alone brings us into deep gratitude to respect and care for this body.
Every organ system,
Every cell that makes up those organs,
Every molecule that makes up those cells,
Every atom that makes up those molecules,
Every subatomic form of energy that makes up those atoms are part of the structural energetic that allows your consciousness,
What we call I,
To exist in this dimension.
So allow your breath to be that which connects you to every cell and every atom in your body.
Each breath is a choice.
Every breath you take is a conscious but mostly subconscious choice to continue this journey called life.
Connecting with that subconscious choosing helps you to remember who you are and what you are.
You are more than your physical body.
Your pain and discomfort is simply a voice of that consciousness,
Gently and sometimes loudly waking you up to your truth.
We are in a deep relationship with our body.
So ask yourself,
What quality of relationship do I have?
And what can I do to improve this relationship with my body?
Until you can start to see body and consciousness in their proper relationship,
You'll never understand that relationship that is asking you so deeply to heal.
It's not your body that you need to heal.
It's your relationship to your body that requires the healing first.
And like any relationship,
Whether it's business or intimate,
Whether it's with one person or many,
It requires a deep sense of authentic communication.
The tool that we have for this authentic communication is our heart resonance that we can connect through with our intuitive mind.
So breathe into that truth that your intuitive mind is available and willing and totally capable of being your conduit for healing the relationship you have with your body.
Our intuitive mind knows deeply that our body is more than the physical expression of self.
It contains the bones,
Fluids,
Tissues,
Muscles and tendons.
But within that structure of physical is an energetic body,
An energetic consciousness that permeates every physical structure.
And in that energetic self is an awareness and intelligence asking to merge with your conscious mind in a healthy and strong and open relationship.
So allow your breath,
Each breath,
To be a reminder to acknowledge that relationship and to choose,
To choose an empowered approach to the communication and actions that you take in that relationship.
Choose a heart resonant approach,
An empathetic approach to your body and energetics the same way you would to a caring friend or lover.
Allow this next breath to be the beginning of that new relationship where you choose to bring the best of your self to self.
We are infinite consciousness knowing itself through our human experience.
We are infinite consciousness knowing our self through this human form.
Therefore our human structure,
Both physical and energetic,
Is the image and the pathway to communicate back to infinite consciousness that we are a unified self.
Infinite consciousness,
Body consciousness,
Self consciousness,
All woven together at different aspects of this beautiful relationship called life.
And when we respect our body,
When we honor this body and recognize that pain and discomfort as part of the communication channel of knowing our self as that infinite consciousness,
We can begin to shift our perception around this human experience,
Gently allowing the intellectual mind and survival mind to rest and gently back down from their dominance allows the intuitive mind to begin its guidance in the communication of our conscious mind with our subconscious mind.
And our subconscious awareness is that which resides at the cellular level.
Our subconscious voicing communicates through body language.
So listen,
Commit to listening to that language,
Allowing the intuitive mind to translate it into a way you can improve and support your body-mind-spirit relationship.
This is the journey of life.
This is why spirit has merged with the physical,
Because only the physical can bring us to a place of remembering the true nature of our consciousness.
Infinite consciousness passes through this dimensional experience called the physical world and a physical body.
It passes through this so we can return back to remember our true nature.
This is our opportunity to move past the ego isolated self of the material world,
Move past the illusion that we are simply a physical body isolated from others,
To move past the sense that our mind is one single operative self-identity.
This is our opportunity to recognize mind in its broad spectrum and begin to choose that aspect of mind we call intuitive mind to bring us back onto a pathway of authenticity and sovereignty.
Breathe into that sovereign self.
Breathe into that truth within you that is beyond your physical form.
Notice its conduit nature,
How it channels you both to the physical earth form and a spirit space,
A place of formlessness,
The Shen-Chi spirit energetic that links us to the life force itself.
And only there can we fully access Chi.
Only in this intuitive pathway can we activate Chi beyond pure survival and wake up our potential as humans to remember that we are here to accept that we can move beyond the limits,
Beyond the belief systems,
Beyond the confines and structures of survival and intellect to allow spirit to fully express itself on our physical and mental levels.
So allow your breath to be your reminder to both accept our physical human experience and in so doing release what no longer serves our highest good so that we can return to the remembering that we are more than what we were told we were.
We are more than what we were led to believe we were and to embrace the truth that we are infinite consciousness expressing itself in this physical form and this opportunity is a great gift.
This opportunity to translate the illusion of physical pain and discomfort,
Physical emotional pain and discomfort,
Physical mental pain and discomfort and recognizing that they are bridges in our relationship,
Opportunities each and every one to transcend and transform the illusions of self and become what we were meant to be when we were born into this consciousness.
So look with your mind's eye inside,
Recognize how that inner world plays itself out in the world that we present to others to this physical experience.
Trust that gently remembering our truth in this inner vision resonates with every cell in our body that holds the picture of our healthy body.
Allow your intuitive mind to be the translator to not only listen to your subconscious but to also message back to your subconscious that you recognize that truth that is held within every DNA coherent intelligence structure in every cell of your body.
Intuitive mind is a conduit.
It receives messages from the subconscious and it transmits messages to the subconscious.
This is our pathway to transform our physical experience.
Sometimes in a tangible and physical way and many times in a perceptual way,
Changing the way we look at ourselves,
Transforming the way we perceive our bodies and utilizing our mind in the most efficient way to stay heart resonant,
To open the channel for our intuitive perception,
To translate that subconscious communication and improve our relationship with our physical and energetic body.
This is the path of self-love and acceptance.
This is our opportunity to fully be human and at the same time transcend the structural and energetic limits so we can return to our true and sovereign nature as infinite consciousness knowing itself through our human form.
Continue your breath.
Let each breath be a loving offering to yourself.
Each inhale a way to receive,
Remembering that it's a choice to receive that breath.
Every exhale a choice,
A way to let go of that which no longer serves our highest good,
Recognizing the multiple levels of reception and release.
There are always physical,
Energetic and spiritual components to all that we do.
And your breath is that reminder.
Inhale and receive.
Recognize your worth and that you deserve and can serve that breath in,
Those resources in,
That awareness and knowledge in to our being and that you are worthy and deserve to let go of that which no longer serves your highest good.
That is why we are here in this physical form,
To discover and to be at peace,
At peace with the truth of who we are.
So keep your body relaxed as you exhale and let pass through your energetic field anything that you are aware of that holds you back.
Let go of all those feelings that may restrict you from expressing your truth and give permission to your intuitive mind to help and support the release of things you are not aware of,
But they are open to supporting and allowing those energetics,
Thoughts,
Beliefs,
Confines,
Epigenetic waves to pass through your field and to be transformed by the power of heart resonance and self-acceptance and love.
As you choose heart resonance to be the dominant vibration within you,
Dominant coming from the word domus or home,
It is your home energy,
Your dominant vibration is your love and heart resonance.
So keep your eyes closed and gently bring your hands over your chest,
One palm over the other,
Laying against your middle dantian chest region,
Looking with your mind's eye at what it may appear to you to be heart resonant vibration.
Gaze within and gently look around at that heart center as you breathe,
As you feel,
As you sense.
This vibration that you know deeply is the powerful force of healing and transformation.
This vibration that you know is linked to your intuitive mind and as such the translator of your subconscious.
This heart resonant vibration that is the conduit to spirit and infinite consciousness that you are fully part of and playing out in this experience of life.
Listen and feel,
Choose to heal that relationship with your body,
Mind and spirit.
Choose to engage in that relationship in a deep and powerful way with a commitment to go on this journey from this point on,
From this breath onward in a way that serves your highest good so that you fully can be a participant in this world to yourself and others.
Keep your eyes closed,
Let your hands gently relax and a few more exhales,
Good conscious exhales before you return to opening your eyes.
