Short on time but need to kick start a period of relaxation? Just ten breaths is all you need. Take a deep breath in, let go and relax in less than a minute. Follow the guidance for the first five breaths, then continue breathing for another five. Don't worry if your breaths don't match the spacing in the commentary - everyone will be different - go at your own pace.

After a deep breath in,

Let go of the breath fully,

Freely and relax.

Deep breath in and breathe out all your physical tension and relax.

Deep breath in and breathe out all the emotional stress of the day and relax.

Deep breath in and breathe out and let go of all the negativity from your mind and relax.

And take five more deep breaths,

Letting go and relaxing completely with each breath.

I really like this brief practice. Per your instructions, it seems to be nine breaths not 10. Thank you for offering a relaxing one minute practice. It’s a great reminder of how the breath is such a constant companion and wonderful tool for upliftment and decompression.
