I welcome you to this affirmation practice.
I am your guide Saqib and today I will show you that how powerful you are.
Your individual consciousness is connected to a field of universal consciousness and that field has infinite possibilities and hence infinite potential.
You have access to that field and therefore today we will tap into that infinite potential and manifest those possibilities into our lives.
We won't say affirmations like I want this or I desire that.
Such statements indicate that what we desire is outside or external to us.
Instead we will use more powerful affirmations like I am that.
This indicates that whatever we desire is within us.
We will just bring it out into this external world using these affirmations.
So now I would request you to sit in a comfortable position with your back straight but relaxed at the same time.
Now gradually close your eyes.
Place one or both of your hands on your heart center at the center of your chest.
Take a deep breath and as you inhale breathe in happiness and as you exhale breathe out any sadness if there is any inside you.
And now repeat after me I am happy.
And now feel that happiness filling your mind and body.
Now breathe in gratitude and breathe out complaining.
And say I am grateful.
And let your being fill with gratitude.
Breathe in great health and breathe out any discomfort.
I am healthy.
And now feel that great health in your mind and your body.
Breathe in peace and breathe out any stress.
I am peaceful.
Feel that peace settling in your mind and body.
Breathe in light and breathe out darkness.
I am the light.
And feel your mind and body filling with light.
Breathe in positivity and breathe out negativity.
I am optimistic.
And feel that in your mind and body.
Breathe in forgiveness and breathe out hatred.
I am forgiving.
And feel that in your heart.
Breathe in compassion and breathe out anger.
I am compassionate.
And feel that.
Breathe in wisdom and breathe out ignorance.
I am wise.
And feel that wisdom in your mind and heart.
Breathe in courage and breathe out timidity.
I am courageous.
And feel that courage in your body.
Breathe in abundance and breathe out lack.
I am abundant.
And feel that abundance filling your entire being.
Breathe in love and breathe out fear.
I am love.
And feel your body,
Your mind,
Your soul and the entire universe filling with love.
You can now gradually come out of the meditation,
Relax your hands and open your eyes in your own time.
Affirmations are powerful for effective manifestation.
Hence I would urge you to practice them daily.
