Thank you Thank you Thank you! Heat and buzzing inside and outside my entire body: Tips of toes. Edges of ears. Surface of face, lips, nose, cheeks, eyebrows and top of head. Hands still warm. Bottom of feet radiating heat. Jaw slack . Shoulders yielding to gravity, letting themselves down, down, down, gently. A smile, now with the in breath, and more melting with the out breath. Very much alivened, very much softened. Deep p e a c e…. Balance! I will walk, talk, and think peace. Just for today.
