I just recently wrote myself a note 📝. It said practicing non-attachment. It is tacked to a place where I see it often. I shall add this meditation to my morning routine. A gift from the Universe. Namaste 🙏🏻 🕯️

Love this meditation. I felt like I went home and was surrounded by my people. Just beautiful.

Ahhh! I’d like to come out of it slower, so I did. I left the center room and walked slowly out of the pyramid. I visualized them touching me when I was there, soothing me and elevating me at the same time. Earth life is but an illusion, I remembered. I’ll come back to this again. Thank you.
