Hi everyone,
This is a short meditation to help you cleanse and clear yourself and protect yourself daily.
It is so important right now to be fully grounded,
To be that light,
To be in your heart,
To discern your own pathway and your own truth.
And one of the ways we can do that is to stay focused on your cleansed and clean and clear vessel and protect yourself from the outside shadow,
Entity,
Darkness,
Parasite,
Whatever you want to call it.
We are in a duality planet where there is light and dark and the more light that you shine the more the darkness is attracted,
Whether it is your own shadow,
It doesn't matter.
So this is just to help you daily ground yourself and you might be able to hear the waves in the background.
I'm down at the beach,
I'm looking at the beautiful ocean and her waves,
I've got the trees,
The greenery and the forest behind me,
The blue sky up above and Mother Earth underneath her lovely warm brown,
Darker colours all coming together,
The earth,
The fire with the sun,
The water and the air.
So get cosy,
Get comfortable,
Take time every day to do this or whatever else helps you protect,
Ground and cleanse.
Take some deep breaths.
Start to settle,
Letting go of your day,
Letting go of what you need to do next,
Letting go of what you did yesterday.
Take this time for yourself,
As many times as you can.
As you settle into your own space,
Your own time and your own frequency,
Breathe in through your wall,
Your heart cavity,
The wall in front of you starting to break down and opening into your heart chakra.
As you breathe in,
Imagine there is a beautiful golden ball of light,
A high light frequency that is connected to you and is there to support you,
Love you,
Cleanse you,
Clear you.
Breathe in this beautiful fiery golden energy light through your wall and into your heart chakra.
Fill your heart chakra with this golden beautiful energy.
Feel your own heart,
Feel it expand with love.
Love for yourself.
Keep breathing in the golden loving light and breathe out any fears,
Any anxieties,
Angers,
Frustrations or worries,
Unforgiveness.
Breathe in the golden loving light,
Breathe out everything that represents fear and ego.
For a moment,
Take your focus down into the core of Mother Earth where her golden heart beats,
Where she lovingly allows us to reside on her.
She supports us,
She feeds us,
She cares for us,
She shows us her beauty every day.
She openly gives us her warm,
Warm heart.
So imagine in the core is her beating golden heart and we're drawing this energy up through all her layers,
Layer upon layer,
Bringing up this golden energy of Mother Earth.
You may see it like ribbons,
Velvet ribbons,
Flowing liquid streams of gold.
You may see it as ropes,
Energy,
However and whatever works for you.
And as we draw her energy up through our feet,
Clearing,
Clearing,
Clearing our legs as we go,
Bringing in the new cells of life from Mother Earth,
Drawing that energy up through our pelvis area,
The base of our spine,
Drawing that beautiful energy up through each vertebrae,
Up into our organs,
Our bones,
Our bloodstreams,
Imagining this gold trickling all the way up and connecting to our beautiful golden heart.
Swirling the energies around and around,
Taking it up into our shoulders,
Through our lungs,
Down our arms,
Our hands and fingers,
Taking the energy up through our neck and into our mind,
Into our brain.
We're swirling our own beautiful golden energy that we breathe in,
Swirling and mixing it with Mother Earth's energy until every single cell is filled with this golden,
Cosmic,
Creative,
Loving energy that we are.
And as this energy clears our every pain,
Kink,
Illness,
Disease,
Trapped emotion,
Blockage,
Stuckness,
We open ourselves to receive the high,
High vibrational energy of the universe.
And high in the sky,
A beautiful diamond ball of energy forming with rainbow oblique colors through it.
All the colors of the rainbow as well as the new age colors that are forming.
A beautiful,
High vibration ball sitting above our head and as our loving thoughts connect with this ball,
We draw this energy down through our stellar gateway chakra,
All the way down through our chakras,
Connecting it with the golden energy that swirls in our body from the earth and through the golden ball that we breathe in.
As this energy is swirling in and around us,
We push it out into our aura,
Clearing anything that we've picked up through our dream state,
Through our awakened state,
Through the pathways that we have walked,
The workplaces we've been in,
The people we have connected with,
The people that are thinking thoughts about us,
We connect chords to all and everything.
Imagine this energy cutting all those chords away,
Clearing us,
Strengthening us,
Giving our aura a beautiful glow of pure white light.
And we push that energy out into our etheric bodies,
Our emotional body,
Clearing out all those negative emotions we've been feeling.
We are of course allowed to feel these and sit in these,
But there is a time when we can clear them out and bring in that joy,
That peace,
That happiness.
We send that love out further into our mental body and through all our etheric bodies.
And we push this light further and further and further out,
We have this massive,
Amazing golden ball,
Golden,
Diamond,
Silver,
Rainbow coloured,
However you see it.
We are strong.
I am strong.
I am brave.
I am me.
I am amazing.
I am love.
I am peace.
I am the earth.
I am the sky.
I am all that I am.
I am protected.
I am in my own light.
I am grounded.
I am true.
I am sovereign.
I am and I will walk my own truth.
I am accepting.
I am compassionate and I am empathy for all that are going through their own journeys.
I am love.
I am love.
I am love.
Stay here for a minute and feel the love,
The joy in your heart.
This is how we get through each moment in our day.
We keep coming back to our heart.
We keep reconnecting.
We keep clearing out the shadow,
The darkness,
The control,
The myths,
The untruths.
And we stand strong.
We stand tall.
We stand in love and we release the fear.
