Please find an upright and relaxed position,
Maintaining a straight back.
I will guide you through a simple breath movement exercise to energize the body and get the mind centered in your morning meditation.
In a moment,
You will inhale slowly and deeply,
Along with raising both of your arms straight up reaching for the sky.
Then,
As you exhale naturally,
Let your arms rest back in your lap.
Repeat this five times as I guide you,
Focusing only on synchronizing the movement of your breath with the body.
Let's begin.
Inhale,
Raise up your arms above your head.
Exhale,
Lower them.
Inhale,
Bringing the arms up along with the breath.
Exhale,
Bring them back down.
Breathing in,
Raising your arms.
Breathing out,
Bringing them down.
Inhale up.
Exhale down.
One last time,
Focusing,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Let your hands rest on your knees or in your lap.
Slowly and easily close your eyes if you haven't already.
Notice the energetic change you created from this basic breath body movement.
Just as easily as you completed this simple task,
That is how simple it is to make steps towards your goals and desires.
Settle into the feeling that you are experiencing right now.
Notice how relaxed your body is.
Pay attention to what is happening within the mind.
Good.
As you are in this relaxed state,
Begin to imagine your day ahead playing out.
But as you visualize it,
See yourself as an attractive person with many gifts and talents that you can use to your advantage.
See yourself going about your morning routine after this meditation.
You are full of vigor and brimming with positivity.
Continue through your day,
Witnessing your interaction with others.
Notice how the attention you are receiving from others is kind and supportive.
Your loved ones and friends are glad to see you.
Even people you do not know are greeted by your smile.
This is going to be a great day.
You make it great with every small action you take.
Watching your day play out as if it is the perfect day.
Everything goes right for you.
Opportunities for growth are presented and you take them on with excitement.
