Breathing in,
Breathing out.
As we go out in our lives and practice these principles as we've heard in the last meditations that we've been through,
We get a sense of a connection to something other than our isolation.
We get a sense of being a little more in the world and a little less afraid.
By doing these actions and making connection to something higher than our thinking has been,
We begin to know a right way of being for us in this world and understand that being of service is of great benefit not only to those we serve but to ourselves.
As we come into our new way of being and allow ourselves to be bathed in love and surrounded by patience and tolerance as best we can,
We find ourselves more in the stream of life,
More able to feel happy,
Joyous,
And free and want to share this with others.
We find ourselves a little more patient and a little less holding on and a little more giving and able to give to those around us without our conditions.
To have this unconditional love and service in our lives is a dichotomy in that in giving it away,
We're able to keep it.
And being of service,
We're serving ourselves.
We're gaining a way of being right with ourselves and in the world.
Sure there are challenges,
But we have a new way of dealing with these challenges.
We have a way of getting through things without having our fear in the way.
As we go out,
We find ourselves filled with gratitude,
Gratitude that we have made a small crack out of the darkness of our lives into the full spectrum of light and living.
Seeing ourselves grateful for this newfound connection and love of service,
We come back.
