The basic practice which I always do is I think this could be really really beneficial if you just want to calm yourself down a little bit.
It's just to sit down somewhere or lie down if you'd like to close your eyes,
Straighten up your spine if you're on a chair or just laying down in your hands by your side and just focusing on the breathing of the belly in and out right in and out and then also feeling on your nostrils if you can feel the temperature change how it's going in,
It's very cold and it's going out,
It's going to be warmer right that's the miraculous things that your body does.
It's a pretty powerful thing so after I have my meditation I always go for the gratitude you know five minutes of gratitude and one thing I'm always grateful for is all the amazing thing my body does without me having to do a thing.
So we're so blessed with that,
So blessed.
So let's start and if just simply watching the belly and the nostrils isn't enough for you and there's too many thoughts going around you can do this technique where you do in-breath,
Out-breath and then count one in-breath,
Out-breath then count two and do that till ten and then restart at one right.
So just see how it goes maybe sometimes I even mix things I mean it makes the two techniques I just start just watching the breath in the belly and then when I feel that there's too many thoughts going on I then resort to the counting just to make sure I'm here right so let's go.
Maybe you can hear some of the birds or a couple of insects buzzing around depending on how good this mic is picking it up.
But either way keep coming back to your breath and don't be hard on yourself if thoughts have distracted you or taking you down a rabbit hole just always come back to that breath and this moment here realize that although sensations in your body may be going on and you can feel them you're the observer of these so you can say to yourself sensations are going on I'm aware same thing with thinking when thoughts come you're the observer of that and you can say thoughts are going on or thinking is going on I'm aware which means that what you are is aware you're kind of sitting at the top of the pyramid of all the stuff that's going on in your mind and in your body you're just observing it that's why the breath is so powerful because it reminds you that you're observing how it goes in and out and you're the observer and usually there's always a deeper level that you can go you can always be more aware unless you've reached true awareness but often we trick ourselves thinking okay I'm aware but then actually it's just the thoughts that are thinking that so see if you can be even more aware of that thought of thinking that you're aware and that should get you to a very peaceful and powerful place to add the icing on the cake you could even imagine breathing in a white light a white cleansing enriching powerful light that enters every single cell of your body and rejuvenates you and makes you feel empowered makes you feel so strong and happy and light so when you breathe in breathe in that white light imagine how it goes into every single cell of your body and makes you feel happy light refreshed and then when you breathe out breathe out anything that doesn't serve you you could even imagine that as black smoke you know but try breathe out through your nose if possible breathe in through your nose and breathe out through the nose as well and keep the spine nice and straight and keep doing that letting that white light to cleanse you to heal you to take you to who you truly are and let go of all that stuff that doesn't serve you any fear any grudges anything like that and feel how how much lighter you're feeling already the light makes you feel light everything is okay remember that you're whole you don't need to achieve anything on the outside you don't need to prove anything to anyone not even yourself you are whole right now in this moment that awareness is whole you know when I say awareness I mean the awareness that is aware of the thinking going on of the sensations going on it is whole and that's what you are you're whole so let's do a final minute really tuning into this awareness I hope you had a beautiful session with me today I hope you're feeling lighter I hope you're feeling refreshed I thank you so much for being here you should also thank yourself for taking this time for yourself to realizing who you truly are yeah I hope you enjoyed it feel free to come back here when you need to and have a blessed day take care stay strong keep shining bright
