Mahalo! I teach Kindergartners and I get my negative thoughts stuck weighing me down…. At 60;I’m so challenged to let go of all the stuff I stuffed down… making me very sad and I’ll, then I try to put on a happy face and teach mindfulness and choices at every corner to my Little’s. 🦋💜🌈🥰. Kathleen
