Feel the air as it comes into your nostrils.
A cool sensation in your lungs.
Feel the warmth of your out-breath at the crossroad between your nostrils and your upper lip.
Imagine my hands softly touching and enveloping the top of your head.
One hand on each side.
Feel the warmth of the palms of my hands covering your scalp and spreading all the way through your body.
It feels so good at this tingly sensation.
I'm going to cover each part of your body this way gently and with love and care.
You will feel more and more relaxed as we go.
Tensions in these areas will disappear.
Instead,
You will feel relieved and blissful.
Imagine my hands gently covering your forehead and bringing a warm and soothing energy to it.
Into your entire body and releasing all the tensions around each muscle.
Now imagine my hands covering the space between your eyebrows.
It feels warm and soothing.
It releases your tension here and throughout your body,
Deeper and deeper each time.
Now imagine my hands covering the space between your cheeks and jaws.
It is so warm and soothing.
It releases your tension on your face and throughout your body more and more blissfully.
Now imagine my hands covering the space between your arms.
Feel the warmth each time.
Your elbows,
Your hands.
It feels so good.
Your fingers.
It soothes you.
The energy in my hands releases and relieves your tensions on your arms and throughout your body,
Deeper and deeper each time.
Imagine my hands covering your abdomen.
It is warm.
It releases your tensions on your belly and spreads throughout your body.
Imagine my hands covering your sides.
It is so warm and you can feel it inside your lungs.
It releases your tensions as the energy spreads into your body.
Imagine my hands covering your stomach and your hips.
So warm.
So soothing.
It releases your tensions around your stomach as the energy spreads into your body.
Imagine my hands covering your thighs.
It is warm.
It is so soothing.
It releases your tensions as the energy spreads into your entire body.
Then your knees,
Your feet and the fingers of each foot.
You can feel the gentle pressure and the soothing warmth of my hands on your feet.
A deep wave of relaxation is spreading now into your body.
Let it go.
So let it go.
All your tensions,
Pain,
Thoughts.
Let them go and get into a deep slow relaxation.
Take the time to appreciate your state of relaxation.
