Sailing The Great Flow: Ancient I Ching Wisdom For Modern Overthinkers

With Carmen Ng

In our fast-paced world, it is easy to get trapped in an endless loop of overthinking, freezing in the face of change or trying to force outcomes. But thousands of years ago, the ancient sages of the I Ching mapped a different way to live, rooted in natural cycles and flow. Sailing the Great Flow is an immersive, 10-day audio sanctuary designed to step you out of mental noise and pull you back into your quiet center. Through this course, you will learn to identify the psychological loops that lead to decision fatigue, navigate personal transitions early by spotting subtle shifts, and practice the spiritual art of letting muddy emotional waters settle naturally. Every day, you can expect a grounding audio space that translates Eastern philosophy into practical life advice. You will journey through beautiful metaphors, like the resting leopard and the hidden mountain, while uncovering tools to align your lifestyle with the rhythms of the universe.
